Do not use Lichfield branch. Have recently sold to a cash buyer, so in a great position. Trying to view a property which they are marketing. The property is empty. Its been 3 days, still no call to arrange a viewing after emailing and calling. My house however was sold within 22 hours of being advertised. Sellers avoid if you want competance and a buyer.
