Good customer service experience from helpful team member

I had a billing issue and Trent from customer service was fantastic to deal with. He sorted everything out via the chat app and then gave me a quick call to sort the payment over the phone. He was a pleasure to deal with. Too many people complain about bad service these days without recognising when they get great service - today's chat and call quickly resolved the problem, much appreciated.
