Cannot speak highly enough of Keenan's! If you need an estate agency, do not hesitate to hire this company. You'll be in the safest of hands. The whole staff team are brilliant. They sold our house on the first viewing day and "held our hand" right the way through the whole process. Every query was responded to immediately. Their professionalism and customer care are beyond compare. We had not moved house for 30 years so we were very nervous about the process, but the Keenan's team made sure everything went smoothly for us. They were particularly supportive about my husband's serious illness and kept this in the forefront of their minds during every interaction. It doesn't matter who picks up the office phone - you're guaranteed the same excellent customer service from every single team member. We can't thank them all enough for everything, although special mention must go to Paul, Sam and Lauren for their outstanding support, professionalism and empathy. If ever we need to move house again, only Keenan's will do and we recommend them without hesitation.
