Delivery driver complaint
Blocked into our long narrow cul-de-sac in Eastbourne at 8am this morning by a large Travis Perkins deliver lorry. I explained to the driver my daughter needed to get her car out to go to work at which he promised to move his vehicle after unloading the first pallet. He didn't & just proceeded to unload the whole delivery. As a result I had to drive my daughter to work 10 mins late. Appreciate deliveries here are difficult but this guy just didn't give a s**t. Thank you Hayley for your reply. I am glad you have taken this seriously - as of 5.30pm yesterday I was still ticking as I had to drive back across town in rush hour traffic to collect aforementioned daughter from work! Give me a couple more days & I'll probably feel able to remove this negative review of your company. Regards, Al.
