If I could give 0 stars I would. They've changed my tariff to a higher one and switched how I pay for my supply. They are saying they haven't and won't change it saying wait 7 days and when I tried to change supplier, as I've had nothing but hassel since I moved to them, they won't let me rejecting the request from my new supplier saying I'm already switching suppliers and can't switch to more than 1 at a time which I am not! If you want somewhere with good customer service and resolved issues DO NOT MOVE TO BRITISH GAS!! They will con you with a cheap tariff and change to expensive in under a month and not inform you of it either! I've been with them for 17 days and already had to make over 10 calls and Web chats and still no issue is resolved. Dont be fooled like I was, now trapped into a company that won't let me move to a cheaper company!!!
