Avoid if you can
Customer service is good. But I shouldn't need to have these many complicated issues compared to any other energy company suppliers. It's billing system is a total robbery. Around July and August, the bills were over €500 where it's around avg. €100 per month. These 2 bills basically made up twice as the amount compared to previous years with other suppliers. Their prepay system is a shame as I left in Sep and still got charged October as prepaid when I'm already not with them! Contacted them, one guys said should be a few days and no more than 2 weeks to get my final refund. After 2 weeks, contacted them again and they said will take 21 working days. What a joke, as they plan to charge me Nov as well for 2 months that I already left? I have tenants moving out and it's making things really complicated. When do I expect the final bill and get my money back please?
