We have just ended three dreadful weeks…
We have just ended three dreadful weeks with Good Energy caused by their haphazard billing system. They insisted on using estimated meter readings on which they based their bills, even though we provided monthly readings. I would send emails with questions on their procedures, which were ignored. Finally, Citizens Advice suggested I get from them readings and payments for the past three months, to try to straighten things out, and they ignored that request too!
