We used John Shepherd Estate Agents to sell a premium property for us that had previously been marketed by a different agent. We found then to be extremely professional & diligent in their work and their comms to us as clients. In particular Harry, assisted by Lauren, was a pleasure to work with. He is polite, organised, professional & even tempered. It was not any easy sale process but Harry had good insight into how we could get the sale completed. He listened to our wishes & ideas, and he implemented then with respect. He never pressured us to reduce the price which is how most mediocre agents approach selling houses in a challenging market. Harry gives the profession of Estate Agent a very good name. I would have no reservations in using John Shepherd again in the future.
