Disappointing First and Last Order – Poor Quality and Minimal Refund I won’t be ordering from Muscle Food again. This was my first order, and it was a let-down from the start. I received chicken that was still two days within the use-by date but had a strong, foul smell and was completely inedible. On top of that, two packs of burgers (also within date) were grey, oxidised, and looked visibly off. I contacted customer service and was only offered a £15 voucher at first — despite saying I wouldn’t be ordering again. After pushing back, I received just a £7 refund, which doesn’t feel like adequate compensation for the poor quality of food I received. Really disappointed by the quality and customer care. First and last time using this company.
