Still have not received proper watch strap with order placed on 11/8/16
I placed my order with Iconic Watches on 11/8/16 for a Nomos watch. I was told that the watch I wanted was backordered and would require 2-3 months to receive. I was fully aware of this at the time of purchase, but went ahead and made the purchase as I was told I could order the watch with an XS watch strap. After 3 months I continued to follow up and was told that my watch was still not available. Finally on 3/28/17 I received an email telling me my watch was received 4-5 months after placing my initial order. I asked to confirm that the watch would ship with the XS strap as requested when placing my order. The watch was dispatched and I received on 4/3/17 with a S strap, not the XS strap that I had requested and told I would receive. I contacted Iconic Watches upon discovery of this and was told that the supplier made an error and that I should keep the S strap and that a new XS strap will be sent to me. At this point had I received my XS strap in a timely manner, I would had been satisfied with my order and probably given a positive review. However after several more times of following up with Iconic Watches over the past several months I continue to get the same response. It has now been 114 days since I received my watch, and still have no idea when I will be receiving the watch strap I had ordered with my watch.
