From the initial quote, through to the full installation of the Solar package, we felt totally comfortable with DES. Very well organised, every part of the process was fully explained, communication was excellent and dates and timescales were met. The team who managed the installation were very professional; once the quote had been accepted, a full survey was completed, DNO process organised and the installation guys had plenty of time to answer and support with questions we had. Highly recommended.
