Rolex Explorer II
I recently bought a Rolex Explorer II from Mainspring Watches and couldn't be happier with the overall experience (even when things didn’t go quite to plan). The watch initially developed a rare mechanical issue just a few weeks after arrival, but from the moment I contacted Tristan, his response was prompt, honest, and incredibly professional. He arranged for the watch to be fully inspected and repaired at no cost to me, and even went above and beyond by covering a full service (something I won’t need to worry about for years now). Throughout the process, communication was faultless, and everything was handled with care and transparency. To top it off, the original box and booklets (which had been missing) were tracked down and included when the watch was returned fully serviced, working perfectly, and looking better than ever. Buying a luxury watch can sometimes be a leap of faith, but I’d have zero hesitation recommending Mainspring Watches.
