Good customer support
Bought an esim in Canada with jetpack while visiting for 2 weeks, had issues in getting the esim to be recognised by my phone, chatted via WhatsApp to jetpack team. Dan from their customer service team sorted the issue for us and the esim is working well so far( first day) I am pleased with their customer support service.
