I purchased an ESIM along with a month's plan, and after activating my SIM, I was promised that the esim and plan would be activated instantly., the app shockingly shows that I don't have any active plans! This is absolutely outrageous. I cannot use the internet or calls. I tried contacting customer care in all the way I could but never got a response. I am in a new country, and not having internet access is making it incredibly difficult to get around. I am forced to rely on free WiFi hotspots, which is both inconvenient and unreliable. This situation is causing me significant stress and frustration NEVER go for lyca, all other mobile services have very responsive customer care Update: even after a week my problem wasn't resolved, according to the comment I did email them, but I haven't gotten any reply until now. Worst customer service, Hallon has way better customer service with cheaper plans.
