Good customer service, website isn't the best
We rent, website was great for moving to a new city for work, but it can be clunky at times and found it easier to look at properties and then transfer to the actual letting agent site as there was to many layers between looking and actually getting to organise a viewing when using the site directly. Megan from tenant services was amazing, didn't push products on us, gave a clear explanation of the services available, and was a joy to speak to.
