Gone downhill fast / my experience is terrible
Sadly this company has gone down hill The reviews from years ago reflect my experience but over the last year or so I have given them a few second chances and my latest experience is common .. Spent £350 and heard nothing After more than 2 weeks and chasing 3 times I received an email saying the courier would get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date They didn’t. Instead they dumped the wood in an insecure location when I wasn’t in to manage it - with no notice at all Really disappointing - I hope to find my wood when I get home.
