Great products and excellent customer service

The Dental Pod left my retainer looking like new again after just one use with a tablet cleaner! It took care of all the gross grime that brushing did nothing to improve. I feel so much better about my dental health.

I appreciate how easy it was to reach customer service! They responded to me just over 2 hours after I had sent my email and took care of my request -- which was to cancel an auto shipment that I had set up. I cancelled the shipment because instead of using the boosting tablets daily, I use them just weekly, so I didn't need refills yet. I use the tablets just weekly because of how well the Dental Pod cleans my night guard without any boosting!

I like the Pod/tablets a lot and even upgraded to the Pro model for ease of use/safety so that I could move the device further away from the sink. Customer service is excellent. I use the Go as a holding station after a Pod cleaning cycle and for travel purposes ‘course. I believe in the Pods so much (for cavity prevention as well) that I even bought one for my Mom.

This is the tale of two halves for me! The product seems to work amazingly well, retainers seem very clean and it’s super easy. BUT, and I think it’s a big but, it comes with a regular UK 3 pin plug, but is designed to be used in the bathroom. How many UK bathrooms have regular plugs in them. The Shaver style 2 pin plug was introduced for safety reasons in the UK, and now Zima have a great bathroom product which can’t be used in the bathroom. Illogical! If you have a regular plug in the bathroom go for it! If not, like me you’ll have to struggle around trying to find a suitable adaptor that wont set the house on fire.

Great product! It's so much easier to clean my mouth guard and it does a much better job than I was doing. Their customer service is excellent!

The tablets take regular cleaning to the next level.

I have always been really bad about cleaning my night guard but having my Zima makes it simple and non time consuming! I recommend getting one if you have any dental appliance!

Zima has often delivery problems, and you need to press them hard for them to respond. Annoying! Tabs are great, pod can break sometimes, and customer service is soso. Usually they get it right at the end. This time they offered me a refund, so they totally made it up to me.

Excellent product. Cleaned my dental device very thoroughly. I purchased two so my husband and I would have our own, and not possibly contaminate each other's dental device. I would highly recommend. I like the choice of colors also. The cleaning tablets work great. I also like that the tablets don't use toxic ingredients.

My beautician recommended the Zima Dental Pod and it cleans my aligners so well. No more smell!! I only wish I’d bought one earlier in my 2 year aligner journey. 15 weeks to go. It will be great to use the Zima Dental Pod to clean my night retainers. So quick and easy to use.

I absolutely LOVE my Zima dental pod, along with the cleaners. When I first got my aligners, I could not stand the taste in my mouth, & felt like I could not get them clean. I referred this to many people with aligners, along with my Dentist. I have the mouth spray too, & she even tried it!!! Can’t say enough about your products. 😌

I have never seen my retainers so clean after one use. My older retainer took two uses but is looking stellar. Super great product.

After using my Zima Dental Pod Pro for less than a week my dental (apnea) device looks brand new. I’ve tried other brands but even with their larger sized pod,my device was never fully submerged . Nor was it ever really clean. I am one happy customer.

I realized that I lost my retainer right after ordering a dental pod and wanted to turn it back until getting a new one. Therefore I contacted them and they were really fast about helping me about cancelation process. I’ll definitely consider getting a pod as soon as I get my new retainer. Perfect service, recommended :)

I purchased the Zima Go after a great experience with two Zima Dental Pods, but this product was a major disappointment. Despite following all instructions, it failed to clean effectively—my son’s night guard still had a lingering odor. After just two uses, the lid wouldn’t close properly, and the unit stopped turning on altogether. I emailed customer support back and forth over 7 times over 11 days. Instead of honoring the 30-day money-back guarantee advertised on their website, they repeatedly directed me to fill out a warranty form—requiring me to upload a video of the defective product. They offered a 20% refund if I kept the non-functional item and explained that returns are treated as electronic waste. When I declined the partial refund, they circled back again to the warranty process. I’m well within the return window, but they still refuse to honor their policy. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

I have tried soaking my dental appliance in mouthwash, brushing it with dish soap, and considered asking a shaman to exorcise the nastiness that I was my mouthpiece. Two initial rounds in the Zima Dental Pod and it looked practically brand new! I don't know why this device isn't required by all dentists.
