The Zima Dental Pod is a much needed appliance for those who wear retainers. It does an amazing job cleaning them and is so easy to use-just add water to fill line, drop in a cleaning tablet, put in your retainers, put the lid on, and hit the start button! (Of course after you plug it into an outlet.) This gets your retainers very clean and you don’t have to worry about the possibility of breaking your retainer(s) by brushing them with a toothbrush (which I have done before getting my Dental Pod). So happy that I found this great addition to my dental care routine!

I love this cleaning pod. Before I was using the seltzer type tablets that just fizz in a glass of water. My retainer was always cloudy looking but I thought that was as good as it could be cleaned. When I started using the Zima pod my retainer became completely clean again and looks like new! There is zero odor or aftertaste to it. It’s so easy to use and I feel like it is keeping it in brand new condition. I highly recommend this product.

The customer service responded right away. They asked me a few questions about my concerns, then they asked me to try a few things to hopefully resolve my issue. When that didn't work they quickly responded to resolve my issue another way. The dental pod works great to clean my night guard.

It is a great device! Helps keep the mouth guard much cleaner and have been frustrated finding something that would work as well as this before. Glad i finally found it. Thank you!!

I am happy with this product Dental Pod. My mouth guard is really old so it will never get clear again but the pod cleans it very well and has made a difference. I’m happy I don’t have to think about cleaning it anymore. Just drop it in when I wake up.

Updated: a TrustPilot review finally led to a resolution for the challenges I had with Zima Dental with excellent service from Emily from that point onward. It is a shame that the standard service was so so poor up to then. To help others; Zima pods come with 3 point plugs in the UK with no shaver plug option, if you need to do a return it must be initiated with photos showing seals within 30 days. Responses to customer service emails are (currently) very slow and following up makes them drop to the bottom of their queue. Original: shocking customer service. Product not fit for purpose as a bathroom appliance due to 3 pin plug being fitted. Emails not replied to for 2 weeks. Returns gated via email and no instructions provided as to what is required. Computer says no attitude when replies finally come in.
