Very good customer service and products.

Zima has truly elevated my dental hygiene routine. I feel more confident knowing my retainer is as clean as it can possibly be, and I no longer worry about buildup or hidden bacteria. If you wear a retainer, aligner, or night guard, do yourself a favor and get the system. It’s worth every penny!

These do a really good job of keeping your pod and retainers squeaky clean. My favorite!

Excellent product. Bought a few dental pods for the family. customer service was very responsive and helpful when I made an error on one of my orders.

I ordered my sterilising tablets two weeks ago and they are yet to be dispatched. I’ve contacted Zima on four occasions and I am yet to receive even an acknowledgment. I go away travelling and now have no tablets for my aligners to go away with. I’ve paid money and I have not got the product I’ve paid for. They’ve basically stolen my money. I have little use of the pod as they state that you cannot use other brands- and I can’t buy the tablets anywhere else. So so disappointed. Not sure how else to follow up- besides leaving a negative comment on here. I wonder if I’ll get a generic response on here, wether they’ll ignore or actually respond to address my complaint?

The tablets add freshness to the smooth clean feeling that my aligners get from being cleaned in the Zima ultrasonic cleaner.

This does a great job and my mouth guard is much cleaner in appearance and smells A LOT better since I started using this. Much improved from using a foam dental cleaner.

Less than 1 week in and I love the dental pod! I wished I had this earlier since my mouth guard is quite old. I started seeing these adds online but I was worried about the price and how effective is it. My friend I went on a trip with happen to have a Zima dental pod and she was raving about it - said it was the best money spent. I totally agree. It's so quiet too. My appliance is still miscolored but hopefully in time it'll improve. At least I know it's really clean!

I use the Dental Pod Pro for my dentures, and am completely happy with it! I no longer need to brush my dentures - the Pod Pro does an excellent job! A wonderful invention.

The Dental Pro works great! My dental guard is 40 years old and in bad shape. I have cleaned my guard twice a day for the last 5 days and it is really cleaning up. I forgot to take a before picture. The build up in the crevasses are disappearing and I am so excited to see it continue to improve.

The customer service is one of the best I’ve ever seen! It was all done via email and they were very quick and friendly in replacing my broken pod. It’s a great product too!

I’ve only just opened the pod and used it once on my aligners. They seem to clean them well. My aligners are fairly old (2 years), and haven’t had a proper clean, but already just after one use they seem to have gotten some decent stains that have been there for ages.

I ordered new tablets two weeks ago. They have still not been shipped. Customer support said there is no ETA on them being shipped. I've asked for a refund. I've been ignored despite sending more emails over the course of a few days. No idea what's going on with the company but I strongly suggest you do not order from them right now. Update: Emily reached out to me to let me know there was a supply chain issue. The tablets were shipped the next day with expedited delivery and received as promised. She also refunded the cost of the tablets. Very happy with the resolution. Just needs some better comms from the junior customer service team so customers know why there is a delay. Thank you. Will continue to use!

I luv luv luv my dental pod! If u are having doubts get it I promise u u won’t be sorry! I stopped wearing my retainers because they had gotten dingy and brownish and brushing wasn’t really helping except scarring them up so I tried the dental pod and instantly my retainers looked brand new! I was amazed! It takes only 5 minutes! Where has this machine been all my life lol!! I’m n luv!!! It works I promise u it’s the bomb.com baby!!!! Get it!!!

Jeg synes bestemt ikke at havde succes med rensning af min bideskinne som i øvrigt var helt ny ved opstart af dental pod. Jeg bruger selvfølgelig rensetablet. Jeg købte i maj 2025 siden er min bideskinne begyndt at blive misfarvet v. Kindtænder og der er plak i skinnen. Den fik med blød børste i dag istedet og med langt bedre resultat. Jeg vil ikke anbefale produktet. Spild af penge.

Although my first pod was defective, ZIMA customer service quickly responded and replaced the unit with no hassle. Their response was stellar!
