Excellent product. A rarity…it does what that they say it does

I have a Dental Pod and it is excellent. My retainer was transformed! It now looks like the new retainer I got years ago. I recently had to contact the customer service regarding the Zima Go since my retainer was too tall for it to close. Their response time was excellent. They provided me with a partial refund even though I was past the 30 day cutoff and put me on a waiting list for a new product that would be tall enough to fit my retainer when it comes out. Very satisfied with my experience.

I’ve been using Zima products for some time now, and I’m absolutely impressed with their quality and reliability. I own both the Dental Pod and HydroPod, and I use their tablets for the Dental Pod regularly. The products are not only effective but also easy to use, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my dental health and overall care routine. What truly sets Zima apart, though, is their customer support. I had a question recently, and their team responded quickly and was incredibly helpful, providing exactly what I needed with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find this level of service, and it’s made me even more confident in the brand.

Love it! A friend recommended it and at first I was reluctant... did I really need a whole other machine just to clean these retainers? But after days of scrubbing with a toothbrush, there were still always cloudy spots and they never really felt clean. This works well even with just water, no tablets. Very happy with my purchase!

I accidentally used the wrong delivery address and realised it the second I confirmed the order. I immediately messaged customer support three times but got no response. EDIT: I was really stressed because it would have taken me 7 hours on public transport to get the parcel. Then Emily replied and went above and beyond to fix the mistake I made. I am very grateful for her understanding and excellent work!

I paid the extra money because of the reviews and I am very pleased with my purchase. The Dental Pod is very easy to use. It is quick and the auto-shut off is important. The cleaning tablets really do the job and give me confidence that I am keeping my Invisalign reasonably clean.

I had reached out to Customer Service with a question about my order. Very responsive and polite. Execellent Customer Service goes a long way these days especially with all the technology it can get lost.

Very happy with my purchase! Glad I got the Zima’s dental tablets so I can use them even when traveling. It’s a bit hard to find the button to turn it on, but just run your hand across the front of the machine.

Response to my inquiry was quick and straightforward. Thank you! I’m very pleased with how the dental pod got rid of most of the stains on my night guard in less than a week of following the instructions on how to remove stubborn stains. It made my night guard look much brighter.

I have had a dental pod from Zima Dental for a while and it is a great product. It cleans my mouthguard each night and doesn’t leave a bad or overpowering taste. I recently needed to contact their customer service and they were excellent, they responded very quickly and provided the information I needed. They also checked that I had ordered the right items and provided updates on when I would receive items in my order.

My night guard has some hard deposits accumulated in several years that I couldn't remove with a brush. With just a few sessions (15 min ones) it looks a lot better. I used to wash is with soap daily and brush it "every other week" bit didn't do much. With the dental pod and tablet it also feels fresh every night, in a way that I could only get close to with brushing and putting it in watered down mouth wash for an hour. I absolutely recommend the pod.

Bryan was fantastic! My unit stopped functioning after one day and customer service worked closely with me in attempting to rectify the issue but to no avail. They replaced the unit! Zima Customer Service is stellar!
