Was working well for one month , but has now broken and will not turn on at all. It’s touch activated and possibly it’s that that has broke or flimsy. A little annoying that it only lasted one month.

Very innovative company and products. Very communicative and informative. I am looking forward to being a long term customer.

My experience with Zima Dental started off quite frustrating. I placed an order, but was told the item was out of stock causing delay in dispatch. There was no clear timeline given, and follow-up emails mostly did not address my concerns. However, after I voiced my concerns more, the head of customer support, Emily, personally reached out and handled everything with care and professionalism. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation, and her generosity truly turned things around. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the customer experience, and I really appreciated how she handled things once she got involved. Since then, I’ve placed another order and feel much more confident about continuing with their products. The items themselves are well-designed and effective. I’d only suggest that they work on improving communication and provide more transparency around stock issues — even just an estimated waiting time would help a lot. Overall, I’m grateful things were resolved so kindly and professionally, and I now feel much more positive about the company.

My Zima pot stopped working all of a sudden, it wouldn't start. I contacted the customer service and informed them about the issue and they were very prompt in addressing my concern. I got my replacement pod very quickly within days and I was surprised with this degree of competency and honesty.

Love the convenience of this little pod! It's used every morning and I don't have to fuss with brushing my appliance.

My package arrived open and some of the boxes of cleaning tablets were open. I contacted customer service in my car on the way home to report it and had an answer from Jessica almost immediately ready to help rectify the problem! I checked everything when I got home it was all there there so I let her know. She was very quick to respond! Excellent customer service anytime I have a question it’s answered within 24 hours I like the pod for cleaning my retainers! Still do find the products very expensive though!

Ich habe mir den Zimadental Pod gekauft, weil mit einer 30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie geworben wurde, die ein „risikofreies Testen“ verspricht. Genau das war der Grund, warum ich mich für dieses Produkt entschieden habe. Nach den ersten Anwendungen war ich mit dem Ergebnis unzufrieden – meine Zahnschiene sah unverändert aus. Also wollte ich wie angekündigt von der Geld-zurück-Garantie Gebrauch machen. Der Kundenservice teilte mir dann mit, dass diese nur für ungeöffnete und unbenutzte Produkte gilt. Eine Rückgabe nach dem Test sei nicht möglich, obwohl in der Werbung genau das suggeriert wurde. Das ist aus meiner Sicht klar irreführend und nicht kundenfreundlich. Es gibt keine Kulanz, keine Alternativlösung – lediglich ein Hinweis auf interne Rückgabebedingungen, die aber vor dem Kauf nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden. Ich kann das Produkt und den Service daher nicht empfehlen. Wer hier kauft, sollte wissen: Die „Geld-zurück-Garantie“ ist de facto keine echte Testmöglichkeit, sondern nur ein Etikett ohne Inhalt.

I had a problem with my delivery. Customer service was Excellent in the response to correct the problem. I have not used it yet, but I'm looking forward to cleaning my retainer.

I had some package damage during shipping. Not Zima’s fault but I wanted them to be aware of how products were being delivered. Customer service was extremely responsive and genuinely wanted to get the issue rectified immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

My retainers are practically new and I wanted to keep them looking that way . It's hard to believe how much gunk can come off of them in just one night. I know this product is expensive but well worth the price in keeping something you put in your mouth night after night really clean. Great investment in me and my health.

When my order was taking longer than expected, I reached out to customer service and they promptly explained the situation and sent my order out with 24hr delivery! Very efficient and I'm very much enjoying my product so far.

I’ve been using the Zima Dental Pod to clean my aligners and honestly—it’s a game changer. It gets them super clean, and with the dental tablets, they literally look brand new after each clean. I didn’t expect such a big difference, but now I can’t go without it. Also, big shoutout to the Zima Dental team—they were really kind and helpful when my last order of tablets got delayed. They let me know right away, apologized, and even offered express shipping once they had them back in stock. Super professional but also just… nice. Really happy with both the products and the people behind them. Highly recommend!

It does a super job on cleaning my bite guard. Couldn’t be happier.

I bought the Zima Pod in Pink and the travel blu ray pod together, and love them both. I use the cleaning tablets daily in the Pink pod and my tooth guard looks like new as well is clean and refreshed for wear every night. Couldn't ask for a better cleaning solution. The experience with Zima has been stellar and they will answer any questions quickly. I still purchase on the subscription the tablets which are great!

This device is very well designed. It has taken my retainer and night guard from nasty to relatively pristine in just two weeks. It is very easy to use and clean.

The Pro model is fantastic. Also easy to travel with. It can do anything. Because it is always handy I often use it to give my ring or earrings a quick shine too. So multifunctional.
