It is amazing. I have tried other ultrasonic cleaners and they weren’t working. After one use with this one, and i could see improvement.

I swear I have the most sparkly Invisalign trays due to the great dental pod! I hit the “on” button and 5 minutes later the trays are like brand new. You must get the pod - you won’t be sorry at all!!

Finally a device to use that is so easy to clean my retainer. Gets really clean in a small device. Thank you for this invention and I’m one happy customer so happy I bought it.

Very prompt resolution. My original shipment was lost in transit, and a replacement was shipped the day after I contacted customer service.

My Dental Pod cleans my Invisalign trays so well! I do brush my trays before, to remove any build-up, but the Pod makes my trays fresh and feel shiny clean the way a toothbrush can't! I'm excited to keep using it!

I've had such a disappointing experience with Zima's service. Sent me a device that has never turned on since day one--so I have no idea how well it works. My comments are strictly pertaining to their poor service. Had to jump through bothersome hoops to convince them rather than just letting me send it back, including creating a video, to get them to stand behind it. Finally, they promised to send me a replacement in recognition that it did not work and told me in an email that their standard processing time is 1-2 working days. That was on April 20. After reaching out to them again to see what was happening, 16 days later on May 2 they said it is on the way. But when I clicked on the tracking number on May 5, UPS has not yet received it. I have asked to just get a refund and be done with it but up to this point they have not complied with that. All along the way I have had to initiate the conversations to see if the process is moving forward. Their service in this case has been delayed, frustrating, and feels sadly dishonest all the way around.

Works great! Cleaned up my retainers beautifully, look like new again.

Of course I'm always a tad skeptical when you read some reviews about a product and if all of the "wow" is really true. Now almost 2 weeks in with a 6 year old night guard that was looking so disgusting, I can honestly say, EVERY SINGLE REVIEW of praise was spot on! My night guard has cleaned up so well, I should have taken pictures, but honestly would have been mortified to show what it did look like. Now, it's almost clear again! I can't believe how well the pod and the UV travel case works. Can not recommend enough!

I’ve bought the first generation dental pod and it’s truly a solid product that cleans my Invisalign trays exceptionally well. I also contacted customer service about the second generation Pro product, and they were lovely and able to provide the support I needed in a super timely matter.

It is such a peace of mind knowing that my night guard is clean and sanitized before I stick it back in my mouth at night.

I’m really amazed at how well this works! I usually get my night guards cleaned at the dentist but this last time the dentist was not able to clean them but recommended that I get a dental pod. I purchased one and was very impressed that the pod cleaned the dental appliances better than the previous dentist office. The unit is top quality, easy to use, very quiet, small, fits easily on my countertop and in my travel bag, and worth every penny. I highly recommend the dental pod!
