Although the product didn't arrive immediately (not their fault), Zima were super helpful and all was good in the end. Now that is has arrived I couldn't be more delighted with it!!

The customer service was really great and we did find a perfect solution for me.

I was hesitant to purchase this because it was too good to be true. You know how you see ads for things and reality is so different? I can honestly say… this dental pod pro does exactly what the claim. I am in love and my life is forever changed! Thank you Zima Dental!!! This is a total game changer and well worth the money. I wish I bought it sooner!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Zima’s customer service. My device stoped working after my 12 month warranty period. The customer service team made an effort to help find a resolution to the issue which worked with my budget. I really appreciate how much care they put into making sure I had a good experience.

I have been using the Zima Dental Pod for a year now and at first I absolutely loved it. I was very careful in how I used, cleaned and stored it to make sure it lasted as long as possible. Then one day, out of nowhere, it completely melted my plastic aligner. I have to pay $600 to get a new set. The website literally says that the pod "actively regulates heat to protect oral appliances" and guarantees that it's "designed to safely clean all kinds of materials from metal to aligner plastic." This was clearly a lie. The retainer is completely ruined and no longer fits in my mouth. I would not buy this as you never know when the pod will suddenly go haywire and melt everything inside.

My retainers are fairly new, but we're starting to develop stains. Worked well removing the stains.

Does a great job quickly cleaning my upper dental tray. Unit easy to clean and maintain and doesn't take up much space on my sink countertop.

I am very impressed with Zima's customer service. I am awaiting the replacement of the unit that just quit working.

The dental pod works great on invisalign! it makes cleaning so easy and effective. Also, I had a return for one of the items I didn't need, and the customer support team replied very quick within hours to get the return started. Very happy with everything

When I bought the Zima Dental Pod, I was very worried that my retainers were beyond saving. It was white, dirty, and no matter how often I brushed it, I could tell the retainers were getting worse. I got the Pod and my retainers turned clear. It was a miracle. I have spoken to customer a couple of time. They were quick and polite with me. Lately, I realized I was overusing the oral tablet to clean my retainers and I heard there are new tablets. I was worried that they wouldn't work with the classical Dental Pod. Therefore, I contacted customer service and now I am buying new tablets and I know, now, how often to use the tablets. The Dental pod is amazing and so is customer service.

The Zima Dental cup is very easy to use daily to remove any particles, and to sanitize my aligners. The aligners also remain crystal clear from the beginning of each of their usage to the end.

They took care of my problem quickly and effectively.

I have truly enjoyed this product since I’ve had it now about 6 months. What a fantastic and convenient product this has been! It keeps my retainers so clean, it’s like putting on a new pair each time. I told my daughter about it and she ordered one and loves it! What a genius idea! Yaya SC

Gute Hilfe zur Reinigung meiner Aufbissschiene, fühlt sich gut an! Schön wäre statt des Kabels ein wasserfester Akku, dann ist die Reinigung leichter und es gelangt kein Wasser in den Anschluss!
