Zima Dental

Ich habe den Dental Pod am 22.04.25 gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Reinigung. Sie ist einfach und schnell und kann mit beliebigen Reinigungstabletten erfolgen. Ich nehme meistens nur 1/2 Renigungstablette, das ist ausreichend. Der Pod startet nur, wenn man ihn am Strom einsteckt, hat keinen Akku und endet automatisch nach 4 Minute durch ein Piepsen.

Great customer service, swiftly and politely resolving the issue after I reported a faulty device. They sent a new one out, free of charge, the same week.

Love their products and the Zima cleaner too!

I was having issues (which later found to be user error) I sent an email, received a reply over night. Sophie was a pleasure to deal with, she was very polite, helped me with all my questions and what i was having issues with, We got it all sorted quickly. if I had read the instructions correctly I would have been fine 🤦‍♀️

I had an issue with the pod about 3 months after purchasing. I emailed customer service and received an answer promptly. They asked for specific information about my issue which I sent. I then received a new pod. I was extremely satisfied with customer service. The company stood behind their product!!!

Great service, Dima dental pod works really well, cleans my retainers perfectly, quick delivery My dentist recommended Sonic Dental but they were a nightmare - waited a month and still hadn’t arrived so I cancelled and bought the Zima black pod. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it

Je ne peux plus me passer du Dental Pod , je l’utilise matin et soir pour mon aligneur, c’est joli (il est rose) et super efficace . Je l’ai même fait découvrir à mon dentiste ! Je viens de l’offrir (en bleu) à mon petit -fils , ce qui élimine ainsi de manière ludique les bactéries de son apparei dentaire . Très bon système , très bonne expérience !

I am so impressed with the cleaning pod and sterilizing container. My retainers feel clean everyday and the product is so easy to use. I encouraged my Dad to also buy a cleaning pod for his dentures. I also use the cleaning tabs. The customer service is top notch. I had some questions about the new sterilizing container and the response was within 24 hours.

I had two issues — a billing issue and I hadn’t properly set up an account. Sarah and Patricia, working in tandem, helped me quickly rectify my billing issue and set up an account for me! All I had to do was verify. Excellent customer service!

I really like the way the dental pod cleans my night guard. The pod gives the mouth appliance a clean fresh taste. I’m very satisfied with it. I just signed up to get the tablets directly from Zima as they are cheaper there than anywhere else. It’s definitely worth the money if you are considering purchasing a dental pod.
