Excellent customer service - so responsive and efficient. Were a pleasure to deal with. Very customer centric - a treat is this day and age where customer service is not always key. It certainly felt it is when dealing with the customer service team.

Love the way it cleans! Old way with powder cleaner for dental guard was not enough. With Zima pod my guard is back to its clean self!

I recently contacted customer service regarding an issue with my charging cord. The representative responded right away. I've only had my pod for 1-1/2 and it has made a difference in the look of both my retainer and my daughter's night guard.

The dental pod, Zima Go and sterilizing tablets all work as advertised. They make aligner cleaning hassle-free. But what's more amazing is their terrific customer service. The people are helpful and efficient and not judgy at all. Wish I could say this about all companies.

The delivery of my Zimapod was quick. I’ve been wearing my retainer for a couple of years now. The toothbrush I was using didn’t feel like it got my retainer clean enough. With the Zimapod my retainer feels clean. There is no sticky residue. It’s quick and easy to use. I’ve been using the tablets with my Zimapod. I like that it gets rid of germs, uses nontoxic ingredients and leaves my retainer tasting fresh.

Good news: the product works, but support is spotty So... product is great when it works, BUT if you are like me and sometimes you get a little klutzy around bedtime when refilling and drop the thing on accident, the bottom will pop off. Yes, even if you have linoleum on your floor. I contacted customer service. On top of a video, they wanted me to assure them that I hadn't dropped it from a large height (I am 5'1") and that there were no cracks on the device (which, if you look at my video I sent them, there aren't any). The thing won't turn on now, despite the circuitry being fine when I popped the bottom back on from its fall. Who knows if they will honor their warranty? Time will tell, but in any case... being from the States, I really hope this is not standard practice across the pond. I also know, having previously been an attorney here in the US fighting insurance companies' greed, that companies like to avoid paying out on any claims as much as possible. That sticks in my craw as a consumer, so I will likely be taking business elsewhere if this does not resolve with a replacement. I am well within the 12 month warranty and not fond of the current interrogatation over what should be a simple replacement claim. Putting this up as a warning to other potential customers. Do your research and buy another product.

I received this as a gift and I love it. I wear a mouthguard at night and now it feels so much cleaner and fresher when I use it. I typically have brushed my mouthguard and this feels much more sterile. I love it.

I absolutely love their products! The sanitizing case stopped working randomly one day, but the company replaced it with no problem. They stand behind their products!

I love how it makes my mouth fresh i love the value of price for this product i love how it comes with three i also like how for me it came quick. I believe it helps if your away from your Zima dental pod and tablets i would highly recommend this. I would buy again for sure

I found out about Zima thanks to an ad on social medias. I have a mouth guard that I use at night that was ready to be thrown away. I was about to buy a new one from my dentist and that was really expensive. I decided to give Zima pods a try and the results were AMAZING! My mouth guard looks almost brand new now and I can't live without my Zima pod. Best purchase ever!

I recently saw an advertisement for the Dental Pod.. The reviews were great, and thought is try it myself. I wouldn’t live without not live without it now. I feel like I just came out of the Dentists office. With the clean teeth feel! My dentist even noticed! Which never happens. I would Highly Recommend this Product. Thanks Zima!

I had an electrical issue and they resolved it easily and quickly. No fuss and very responsive. One of the best support services I have experienced.

For anyone going through Invisalign treatment or wearing retainers, I highly recommend purchasing the Zima Pro Pod. This product along with the tablets truly works...the on-line ads are 100% accurate. My only regret is not buying one sooner.

Superb customer service and great products. I use Zima dental products daily for Invisalign and they have improved my morning and evening routine. I own 2 dental pods and am subscribed monthly to the cleaning tabs. I recommended them to numerous friends who also feel in love!
