Just ran it for the first time. Aligners came out perfectly clear. Packaging of the device was high quality. Looking forward to a new standard of cleanliness!

My pod stopped working after a couple of months. I contacted ZIMA and they dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently, sending me a new pod. Contact with all the staff by e-mail was easy and all staff were friendly.

I really appreciate the care and service I received. Sophie handled my concern with diligence and efficiently. I will certainly be supporting this company in the future. Highly recommended!

For years I could never quite get my mouth guard clean. After seeing the advertisements on Instagram I decided to give it a try. Fatter just one use it was like I had taken it to the dentist for a cleaning. Five days in it looked brand new. I’ve been highly impressed!

The product itself is great. So much more effective than using a toothbrush! But this review is more for the company and customer service. My Pod stopped working and the team was so responsive and helpful—immediate solutions and going out of their way to ship a new one. Electronic issues happen. I get it. But some companies make you jump through hoops to get a solution. Not Zika. Highly recommend!
