I needed to contact customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their efficient and prompt response.I also love their product as using tablets on their own, which I was doing prior to my purchase, was not clearing the cloudy film on my aligners.

Wow! No more brushing the nooks and crannies and worried I will snap my retainer. ( I have done that already). Easy to use, takes minimal time and my retainer is super clean. Love it! Also got the travel retainer and cannot wait to use!

This is my third dental pod brand and by far the best! I also love the cleaning tablets. My Invisalign retainer is about a year old and was so gross in color. I tried everything. It is slowly getting back to it's original color - CLEAR!

My Zima dental pod Cleaner with the accompanying tablets, removed years of staining from my night time bite guard. I had a less expensive ultrasonic cleaner that did not clean well as evidenced by the yellowed color of my bite guard. Within the first week of using the Zima pod, I noticed some stain removal, and now, several weeks later, there is continued removal of the discoloration to an almost colorless bite guard. It’s magic in a pod! I am delighted to say that the Zima dental pod is worth every penny of its cost. I highly recommend it.

I have two kids with retainers and this was a necessity and absolutely worth the investment. Their retainers are clean and I don’t have to worry that my kids aren’t taking the time to really clean them properly. Zima pod is a game changer. Time and effort saving. I have got the latest model with detachable tank. It is much easier and faster to use! It worth every penny. My life is very busy between study and work. I simply keep the pod open without the lid. It is very compact, even sleek enough to fit into my tiny shelf space .

This was a game changer for me! I use my Zima every morning! I bought mine over a year ago and my retainers are clean and fresh and CLEAR! No odors. Pop them in the container, add water and maybe a cleaning tablet and push the button. Don't wait, buy one!

It was a gift from my sister! I love it! I have a bulky mouth guard, and this is so convenient and quick to use. It has cleaned a lot of the built up residue on the guard, and it smells so much better.

I have used the Zima pod for over a year now and love it. I tried a different brand of tablets and they did not work as well. The Zima tablets are more expensive but they work! I won’t switch again!

I’ve used a cheap ultrasonic cleaner for a while and thought it was doing a good job until I got my dental pod from Zima. My years-old retainers were stained and cloudy. After two cycles with a sanitizing tablet, my retainers look brand new! Don’t go cheap, it’s worth the price to keep your retainers TRULY clean!

I just purchased the Pod Pro and so far it’s been great! My cheaper cleaner was just not doing the trick. I like the fact the cover comes off, and you can do a deeper clean. Also, customer service has been fantastic at answering my questions as well. I appreciate their responsiveness.
