Die Firma wirkt leider nicht vertrauenswürdig: Nachdem ich das Widerrufsrecht für das Gerät in Anspruch nehmen wollte, wurden mir in nun drei Mails Gegenangebote gemacht, moralische Vorhaltungen wegen E-Schrotts gemacht oder so harte Auflagen für die Rücksendung in den Weg gelegt. Alles, ohne Angaben zum Retoureverfahren und ohne meinen Widerruf zu akzeptieren.

My retainers were so gross and disgusting before. They were all foggy and dirty. But when I used the Dental Pod I am not kidding when I say all of that went away. My retainers were spotless and clean, it honestly felt so much more comfortable to wear. This is an amazing product and I am so grateful to own one.

I love my Dental Pod! I have had it over 6 months now and love the ultra clean it gives, so easy to deal with. If you ever need customer service they are great, fast professional responses. Bought the travel ones for my kids too!

The Zima Dental Pod keeps my retainer just like new. I have no build up on it and no bad breath from bacteria. It only takes 5 minutes and is easy to use. I highly recommend it. It’s stylish design means I don’t mind leaving it sitting out on my counter.

In accordance with the dentist's recommendation, I was using denture cleaning tabs. As time went on, however, I noticed that my night guard wasn't looking as clean as it used to. I switched to a Dental pod by Zima, and love it. When I put my night guard into my mouth at night, it feels fresh and clean. Also, I enjoy the cleaning tablets subscription; I don't need to worry about running out.

Customer service was amazing and so so quick to respond!

Great product but their customer service isn't good at all. I signed up for a 6 month subscription for their tablets but due to an error on their part, they sent me another batch only a month later. I asked for the shipment to be stopped but it still went ahead and the money taken out of my account. I am unable to unsubscribe on their website so have asked them to do it for me as I don't want to be tied into a subscription that comes more frequently than I agreed to but I have had no reply, despite 3 emails. Update 5/6/25 - Emily has been in contact and resolved the situation more than satisfactorily.

So far loving this. Easy to use and quick to clean my mouth guard. Really happy with the purchase
