Ich habe schon das 3. Mal Reinigungstabletten und insgesamt 3 Dental-Pods gekauft und meiner Tochter einen geschenkt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und meine Retainer und die Anti-Knirschschiene meiner Tochter werden immer hygienisch sauber, kein Vergleich zu der vorherigen Reinigung mit der Zahnbürste. Ich kann diese Produkte nur jedem empfehlen.

I had a shipping issue and contacted Customer Service. They immediately responded and assisted me on solving the issue to my satisfaction. Great customer service. I just started using my Dental Pod Pro and the tablets; and I like it.

In this age of chat bots and automated replies, I have been pleasantly surprised by the personal and always courteous responses from Zima. My questions are always answered thoroughly and respectdully, with a way to get back in touch if need be. My oral health relies one wearing my aligners and keeping then impeccably clean. I have been loving my Zima Dental Pod along with Zima Dental Pod tablets! I use them everyday and I couldn't be more satisfied with each outcome! They really work wonders with their absolute cleaning results!

Update: Emily did reach out to me and provided me with the full refund. I am greatful to hear they stood by there word of a refund and am happy with there customer support. That being said id say its safe to try it out, it worked for so many people im starting to believe mine was just faulty. It doesnt work! And they say you can return if you dont like it but when i went to return it, it says for hygiene purposes it will only be approved for return if you havent used it..so make that make sense! They also mentioned use the tablets for extra cleaning for a better finish (only after you purchase the pod) but i didnt sign up to use cleaning tablets aswell! Its suppose to be just water but thats not cleaning out the basics of just my daily build up even after doing the cycle twice.

I haven’t tried any other tablets or “pods” but after using my pod pro and these tabs I defintely don’t plan on trying anything else! I went a couple days without using the pod(because I had just ordered it) and was using the toothbrush method. I slowly started noticing some fogging that even with brushing alone wasn’t doing much. Within the first use, my aligners looked NEW! No fogginess, CRYSTAL CLEAR! I read they recommend soaking with the tab for 10 mins then running the max clean cycle. Thats what i’ve been doing and it works great! I unintentionally used the 5 minute cleaner cycle and that works great too! I LOVE the way my aligners are minty fresh after a cleaning cycle. Worth the $$$, its very easy to use and maintain. Also the sterilizing travel case? A game changer.

Super easy to clean retainer!

I recently purchased my dental pod after getting sick of trying to keep my mouthguard clean using traditional methods- brushing it and even sanitizing it with generic cleansing tablets just wasn’t cutting it. I have to wear mine nightly for my teeth grinding and I kept getting painful tongue pimples and canker sores. Plus, most market sanitizing tablets have SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), which I determined I am sensitive to after getting angular chelitis. The Zima Dental Pod and tablets have been a godsend. The dental pod keeps my retainer clean enough to wear every night without it feeling gross and building up plaque, and the tablets don’t have SLS, so no allergic reactions for me! Yay thanks Zima :))

They are that good I could eat them! Makes my retainers sparkle and clean up better than just using water alone. I use one every few days so the pack lasts longer. The Retainer Brite I used to use never cleaned my retainers properly. I have been recommending Zima dental to everyone using retainers.

I received my Dental Pod so quickly, within 3 days of placing the order. It is so easy to use and it works great!! My night guard and dental flipper both look, smell, and taste fresh, just like when they were new. This is a game changer. Thank you ZIMA for such a great product. Absolutely no regrets here!!

Meine Zahnschiene ist schon etwas "älter" , bis jetzt habe ich sie mit Reinigungstabletten für die "Dritten" gereinigt, Das Ergebnis für mich war nicht besonders. Nun habe ich den Dental Pod und bin wirklich sehr überrascht. Die Schiene ist das erste Mal gereinigt und hat schon Ablagerungen verloren. Das hätte ich nicht gedacht.

While there was an initial delivery delay (due to a local delivery partner, not Zima itself), Zima customer service was quick and efficient in responding to my emails and they also followed up to check the status of the delivery. Zima customer service also offered to pass on additional instructions to the local delivery partner so that I wouldn’t have to, and I greatly appreciated the professional yet courteous tone of all the communication I received from them.
