I am considering purchasing the pro However,my attempts to contact them via email and Facebook message have been unsuccessful. Given their lack of responsiveness prior to purchase, I am concerned about their support should any issues arise. Will change once a response and then again if purchased.

I was actually so scared to try it, because everyone said that it wasn’t worth it, but now that I have tried it the only thing I regret is not buying it sooner. It makes my aligners look brand new and spotless. I can 100% recommend this device. So stop overthinking and buy it!!🫶🏾

I had a question about whether the Dental Pod unit was dual voltage for use overseas. The response time was amazingly swift...within 5 mins. I barely had time to shift my thoughts to something else before I saw a response. I wish all companies were so quick to respond like that! And the answer to the question: yes, it is dual voltage, all you need is a plug converter. Yeah!

I have been using the product for over a year and have been very happy with the results. Recently I needed to contact the support organization concerning and issue with my subscription for the cleaning tablets. The support organization was timely to respond and resolved the issue quickly. They were thorough and resolved my problem quickly. I appreciate it when a great product has support to match.

I absolutely Love my Zima dental pod. I have referred many friends to this site. I bought a second one for travel. This is the first time I feel like my retainer is truly clean and free of bacteria. Amazing product!

Contacted Zima to cancel an order I didn’t want. It was immediately cancelled and my money returned same day.

It fully cleaned my retainer, it made me feel better about wearing my retainer because I know the bacteria will be gone

For starters the machine is super cute, I got it in white & love how compact it is. My retainers were yellow and with the advice of the company they are becoming clear. Yeppie. I definitely need to order more tablets. Highly recommend this product.

Jeg har købt deres dental pod inkl. deres “Sterilising Tablets”. Trods jeg har kontaktet dem 4 gange nu, i forsøg på at stoppe sending af rensetabs, sender de igen og igen, trækker pengene. Løsningen med at få tilsendt, så det passer med den mængde der bruges hver 3 måned er fin. Udfordring er, jeg på blot 6 måneder, står med over 1 års forbrug af rensetabs, jeg ikke har bedt om. Det er virkelig dårlig service. De svarer ikke på min mail, sendt via deres support system. Produktet er fint, men det her føles som udnyttelse og svindel.
