My dental pod has been great for my retainers. Unfortunately, after 8 months it stopped working, however, contacted zima and instantly received a response and offer for replacement. The tablets have worked perfectly with the unit since I started using them. Cleans so well and leaves retainers fresh as well.

Easy to use and efficient. Well designed and made.

Water flosser broke sooner than it should have. I messaged them and they responded immediately. They could not replace as it was over a year old but did reply back immediately with a 30% off coupon for a new one with no expiration date.

I have had my retainer forever and it has considerably darken. The Zima is slowly bringing it back to clear.

Total uundværlig hvis man fx bruger en bideskinne. Har gjort min rutine så meget nemmere, og oplever generelt mine skinner er meget renere. Alle pengene værd, er bare ked af, jeg ikke købte den lidt før 😅

It cleaned the dirty slime and made it look almost fresh and new! I loved how it cleared up the yellowish grime. It's the best way to clean a clear retainer.

Le Dental pod que j’ai acheté et que j’utilise depuis 2 semaines répond à toutes mes attentes : rapidité et efficacité. Le port des gouttières n'est désormais plus une contrainte. En plus sa couleur Jet Black est trop top.

Got back to me same day! I emailed them about a cancellation of an order. I forgot I had a subscription and made an order, so I wanted to cancel. They gave me actual good options to choose from; keep the product for 20% refund or whole return for full refund. I ended up taking the 20%. Great service, will definitely be back.

The Zima pod product works ok. You need to run it thru the pod more than once to start seeing some results. But i just want to comment on how great i was treated by customer service Lucy and all others They went above and beyond to make me happy. I am a senior and you rarely get good customer service anymore. They reminded me of how customer service should be and how it was in the old days. I would not hesitate to deal with them again. They all deserve high praise.

We previously used polident tabs to soak our retainers and then brush it clean afterwards…got the job done but didn’t realize what we were missing after using your zima dental product. Our retainers almost feels like the first time we picked them up from the ortho 😁 Especially when using the super clean setting. Thank you for a great product!
