Have used the "old" model for a number of months, bought the Pro model simply intending to keep the "old" model at our 2nd home for use there. Pro model is quieter than previous model, and I think I like the new "extended cleaning" feature. Have been using for about 2 weeks now and think the Pro model was a good investment.

I love my dental pod so much! It helps keep my teeth so much cleaner by having a crystal clean retainer every night. I've told everyone who wears an aligner that I know to purchase one.

The Dental Pod is a great way to keep my night guard clean. It’s easy to use, does the job quickly and quietly and is easy to keep clean. I use it daily and am very happy with how clean my dental appliance is!

Was a bit sceptic but very happy with the dental pod I purchased. It keeps my dental applicance very clean. After two months I had a little malfunction, but the communication and service from Zima Dental was great!

I purchased the Dental pod and the ZIMA GO. I never used the ZIMA Go. I thought my dentures would fit but the did not. I tried to return them but I was unable to follow the complicated return process. It set off my PTSD just trying to figure it out. It’s very difficult for me to talk in the phone or go out shopping. The dental pod did not have the UV light that I believe is extremely important. I did use this once but it did not perform for my needs. I still have them in the original boxes. Is there anything ZIMA can do to help me recover my investment? I am 71 and the digital world is challenging for me. Can you send a code that will let UPS do the packing and return if I just take back the 2 items? Dyson did this and I was able to take it in with a number and they did all the work. It did not set off my PTSD because it was quick and I left before the PTSD kicked in. It was a big chunk of money for a retired person on a limited income on social security. The sterilization tabs are phenomenal and no one else can match that. Is there anything we can do with ZIMA for this situation?

These cleaning tablets are wonderful for maintaining my retainers in a clean and fresh manner. Easy to use, effective and conveniently packaged. I use them in the cleaning device 2-3 times per week and am very satisfied with the outcomes.
