Not as Easy as "No Questions Asked" – Poor Returns Process
I ordered from this company based on their “no questions asked” returns policy, but my experience was anything but straightforward. There’s no phone number or physical address listed on the website, so all communication has to go through email—which was slow and inconsistent. For anyone looking: the business is registered as KP Medical Ltd, company number 12734513. When I first requested a return, they tried to convince me to keep the product by promoting its benefits, offering a free supply of tablets, and even giving a 50% discount. Once I clearly stated I wanted a refund, communication stopped entirely—even though I still had questions about how to return the item. It’s frustrating how responsive they were when trying to avoid the refund, but completely unhelpful once I stood firm. Out of all the online stores I’ve used, this has been the worst return experience so far. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. There is no respect of consumer rights and they should be reported to trading standards.
