Cleo was delightful to talk to and very patient with all my questions. She was knowledgeable and went through all the details until we arrived at a suitable plan for my car insurance, which saved me around $200 a year.

Jamie from Youi was great in getting an insurance policy and having experienced a policy previously with great prices and service Jamie listened to my needs for another insurance policy and was extremely supportive, respectful and was proficient. I love Youi, they are cheaper and their standard of service is excellent, changing insurer to Youi for all my insurance needs was cheaper and gives me reassurance that I was covered financially. I genuinely recommend Youi because of my experience with them.

They really are the only car insurer that isn't out to abuse you. Their employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. Doubt I'll go elsewhere again.

Michelle was very helpful and easy to understand. Although it was probably still a call centre, it was like the old days, when you'd ring a number, your call would be promptly answered, and you'd get help from someone who sounded like they cared. Premiums were comparable with existing policy with RACV but lots of extras included plus easy to interact with.
