The staff member was great. I have 2 motor insurance policy's with Youi. Got a quote for house and contents, they were over $400 more expensive? Never had a claim.

It was great to have a conversation that gave absolute clarity and direction in dealing with my claim .Well done Ally.
Took more than 25 on the phone to finally get a quote from Youi. This was after spending 10 minutes on their website inputting information. The end result was a quote that was almost double the price that I had paid the previous year. Was a significant waste of my time to get to that stage, especially when so many other insurance companies can provide a quote online within a few minutes. Youi staff member was trying her best, seemed generally surprised when I told her how bad their quote was.
Excellent customer service. Addressed some hard questions with politeness, curtosy, professionalism and humour. Amber was a credit to the Youi organisation.
Helpful & met all of my needs
Jane was so helpful, efficient and just plain delightful to deal with. She took me through the claims lodgement process. Total professional and even laughed at my corny dad jokes😀. I hope I never have to speak to her again, but if I am in the unfortunate position of needing to make a claim;I won’t Jane. Also need to thank youi for making the claims process so easy and helpful.
Rebel sorted all my policies perfectly
Everything was so quick and seamless! It was hassle free and they were so lovely. Commited to communicating from the start so I was kept up to date the whole time. Got my car back completely fixed and they even cleaned it! Couldn't be happier. Thank you guys

Youi has been keeping me informed throughout the whole claim. Very professional and excellent customer service. I have not had to chase them with an update as the process was very easy and stress free. I would recommend youi insurance to anyone. Thank you youi, You are amazing.
Great communication. My phone kept dropping out during the call and the lovely lady I was speaking with kept calling me back so we could get things finalised. She was absolutely lovely and helped me review my policies and make some extra savings.
Youi was excellent in the first contact with our claim to repair some storm damage to our pergola roof communication with them and the assessor’s they appointed were great Ambrose Construction Group was allocated to do the repairs again great communication and a good job was completed vey happy with every aspect of the process
Your were very easy to deal with and helped me all the way. Their panel shop were fantastic and very easy to deal with. The repair job is fantastic and the car looks brand new. Apart from being hit in the first place, great experience thereafter.
Maximum agreed value for my car $7,400 Elsewhere I had no problem getting $10,000 cover for same car. Even the $7,400 cover attracted a very high premium. The only way to receive a reasonable quote was with market value policy.
Giving banking details over the phone The agent seemed distracted and called me the wrong name and read my email back to me incorrectly

I rang the your number went thru a few press this press that and then had a human voice which was great . Solved my issue with out fuss and all completed in a very short time . What I did like was I only had to give my info once . Most other companies ask for your info every time you press the button . Great service and I am glad I moved my insurance to youi
Evie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I required an insurance product which would offer protection for my mum's house because she is now in aged care. Unlike other companies, Evie explained that Youi could asssit and arranged the best coverage for us.
I've had three vehicles with comprehensive insurance for the last eight years. Both cars are securely locked up at night and most of the day. A few months ago the caravan (which was very under insured for$6k and had a wheel lock on) was stolen from the street. Just got my renewal for one of my cars. Premium doubled! Excess doubled! Here's my offer, $0, no policy. Bye Felicia😡
