I could understand the person on the line (lol), but seriously, I have other vehicles, bikes Caravan Insured with Youi and as I have always got a very competitive Policy, I decided to do it again. I'm not disappointed.

Consultant was very helpful and informative answered all questions and I saved well over a $1000,very pleased with the service.

I have full comprehensive car insurance and despite Youi’s terrible TV commercials featuring that Ed guy, I wanted to better my insurance cost that Im currently paying so I thought I’d give Youi a go. Sad to say, Youi couldn't even get close to my current policy. The car valuation Youii gave was 5 to 7K less than my current insurance valued it at, the premiums was nearly $100 more, and my excess was $100 more. So this is the 2nd time I tried Youi and the 2nd time they couldn’t even match my current insurance letta-lone save me hundreds like the commercials claim. So no, not happy Youi, you cant give what you promised.

Discussing insurance cover and premiums is not always a happy experience, EXCEPT with youi. They took the time to listen, reponded with sensible options, offered discounts and all within a pleasant conversational experience. It used to be called customer service, and youi still has it.

I called to enquire about saving some money on My Harley Davidson comprehensive policy. In less than 15 minutes I'd reviewed my policy with a very helpful and respectful young Lady and got a reduction in my policy of just over $9 a Month.
