So far I have had a great experience both with the dentist and with the team following up after my consultation. I have needed time and multiple estimates for the work I want done and Aaron in particular has been great and very patient. Would definitely recommend YDS so far. Matthew Ayre

I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff are very welcoming, made sure I was settled and comfy. Lovely atmosphere, very much stress free. With regards to the consultation, the dentist was very clear with his treatment and worked his planner around my needs. The service itself is great and would definitely recommend. I recently visited Yorkshire dental suite, I would highly recommend they were very friendly and made you feel at ease.

I went to the guiseley branch for a whitening consultation, everything was explained to me perfectly and the dentist (Dr Zaman) was really accommodating, explaining my options to me. Looking forward to going back for my composite bonding. All staff were really friendly.

I’ve added this on Google but I’m sharing this on here too because they deserve more people to know, I’ve been extremely impressed and happy with the customer service and general experience I’ve received so far from the YDS aftercare and dental team! From their video consultation to visiting them, having my X-rays and discussing my treatment to the check up calls pre-composite bonding appointment. You can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do and it shows it with the results online. I can’t wait to get my bonding done and have an incredible smile. 😁 For reference, this was my review: I had a video consultation with Ellie Wyles, and it was such a smooth process and that I left feeling reassured knowing that I wanted to go to Yorkshire Dental for my treatment. The call was efficient and Ellie explained everything brilliantly and I felt assured knowing a dentist was also reviewing the images she captured on the teams call. Amazing service throughout even when I attended my appointment, Dr Mansoor was great and I can’t wait to start my composite journey! ☺️

Amazing experience. Cannot wait to start my treatment plan with them in a few weeks time and to finally see my end result. The dentist I saw, Dr Dharmesh, was so easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable. He advised me of the whole treatment plan and the stages we need to go through to get my desired smile. He was very knowledgeable and at no point did I feel under pressure to proceed with anything I didn’t want. We discussed composite bonding however, I decided to revisit this after I’d had my aligners. I’m so excited to start in June when my clear aligners arrive! I will also add that the pricing for the treatment is extremely reasonable and their finance plans are completely affordable. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I knew of their prestigious reputation and thought the pricing would be out of my affordability. This was absolutely not the case and I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you for everything so far and I’m looking forward to the 9-12 months to see the end result!

Recently had composite bonding , and the transformation is better than perfect, the team at Wakefield were brilliant from start to finish , would recommend to anyone , wanting a beyond perfect smile

As someone who has anxiety with the dentist and dental procedures it’s made going to YDS a positive experience! I can’t explain how at ease I feel within the practice. The team allow you to take your time and explain everything they do as they go which helps to calm you down. Even down to having a hygienist clean with Annie! Couldn’t recommend enough for nervous patients like myself.

My wife and I had our first (and not last) visit to YDS where we immediately felt at ease with the entire process. No treatment yet but feeling positive at the mo!

Absolutely appalling treatment. Current court case underway. Avoid at all costs. I started my treatment at the YDS in July 2023 under Dr Jaz. I provided photographs of what I required I’d had veneers on for 20+ years and understood the process. When the temps were applied, they were nothing like the mock up. I’ve been shown. I was never given a smile consultation and Dr Jazz took it upon himself to decide what my veneers were going to look like. I do believe that the temps were not my teeth and they caused me a great deal of pain. The look of them was absolutely horrendous to the point that I was taken off my job due to me not being able to speak properly and the look of them. Dr. Jaz would only correspond by Instagram which was most unprofessional. I told him over and over again how bad the temps were and nothing like I wanted assured me that the permanent would be different. However, they were actually worse. I told him they were too long and Horse like he sent me out of the room to file them down and obviously lied. He put them on very quickly and it showed me to my car. When I complained, I was sent to a different dentist who filed them down. He was only supposed to file them down 1 mm but because they started crumbling it ended up being 2 mm. I was left with yellow ugly teeth. After gaining the confidence to start again this week I spent 8 hours in the new dentists chair on Tuesday having my hideous veneers removed. The pain is horrendous and all because Dr Jaz did his own thing and did not follow my requests. Please avoid the Yorkshire dental suite at all costs. They simply do not care. I cannot describe how bad my veneers were. My costs will be over 20k by the time I receive corrections. The practice seems to be just a holding room for inexperienced dentists. The negligence does not lie with the practice as it seems they only rent a chair. I don’t think I can really put into words just how bad my experience has been and how it has affected my career and life. I urge anyone considering using YDS to look elsewhere as quickly as possible.

I have been with YDS for nearly 12 months! I had my invisalign then whitening and then composite bonding. I am so so happy with the final result. It is so worth it and my confidence has gone through the roof!

I had nano fill composite bonding. I live in Leeds but had my consultation in the Wakefield branch due to the leeds clinic being fully booked. During my consultation I made it clear I needed my other two appointments in leeds and was told that was fine. I made payment and then two appointments were booked in. One for my whitening and one for the bonding. What I didn’t appreciate about the service was, during the periods of time whilst I waited for my appointments I kept being called and asked if i could attend the Guiseley clinic. I repeatedly said no as the Leeds clinic is 5 minutes away from my home, it made me feel as though trying to get me a leeds appointment was a burden. Eventually when I attended my whitening appointment, Dr Ben sat me down in the dentist chair and assumed I was getting my bonding done. I had to explain to him this is a whitening appointment, I found the miscommunication a bit unprofessional. I was then instead given my teeth whitening kit and shown how to use it. Teeth whitening takes a few weeks to do and during this time period again I was asked if I could I attend the Guiseley clinic and I again I said no. This would then to my disappointment push my bonding appointment back further due to YDS telling me the dentist wasn’t coming to Leeds that day anymore. Eventually my bonding date was one day away and I got a call again asking if I could go to the Guiseley clinic as my dentist will not be coming to the leeds clinic tomorrow as planned. Bearing in mind I had made it clear several times in my consultation (which I had recorded) that I needed it to be in leeds. YDS then told me that they will reimburse my taxi fare if I go to Guiseley. At this point i was excited and i just wanted the treatment done and so I accepted. The next morning I got my taxi to Guiseley had the bonding procedure done by Dr Ben. The procedure went well and Dr Ben was brilliant. I was told by Tess at reception to email my taxi receipt’s and that I would be reimbursed. I then was given some flowers and got my taxi home. All the staff I dealt with were lovely. Four weeks later and various emails & texts I have my reimbursement. I just feel for the amount of money I have spent at YDS I expected a more smooth and less irritating experience.

YDS was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with my dental treatment couldn’t have asked for any better they were very welcoming explained everything that would be done answered any questions asked about the procedure followed up to check if everything was alright would definitely recommend to anyone wanting cosmetic dental work.

I spoke to Madie at the YDS Leeds branch, she was absolutely amazing helped me so much to get me an emergency appointment with the dilemma I was in. I can’t praise her enough she’s polite, helpful, and a really happy lass.

YDS are fantastic, really friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Soo happy with the results and couldn’t recommend enough!! Definitely will be sending my friends and family to YDS too.

Scam be aware!! They take a "deposit" for an appointment and then cancel it but don't refund the money. Avoid at all costs!!!

never a fault when I go to YDS, I have finished my treatment and the practice is clean and the staff and dentists are beyond helpful and kind. I even got a lovely call checking on how I was and how my treatment had gone, which explains how thoughtful YDS is. I couldn’t recommend it enough and have recommended to family who have all had the same amazing expierence:) THANKYOU YDS!!!!!

Had aligners and whitening and I can't belive the difference it has made! In my job I see dozens of clients daily and it's imperative to keep a smile on my face. It's funny how just changing my teeth has given me so much more confidence. Ive been getting so many compliments, thank you so much Yorkshire Dental Suite 😁
