I went to see Abby the hygienist at Guiseley today and she was wonderful. A warm welcome at the reception and Abby and her assistant were lovely. She took time to explain what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable along the way. Afterwards she showed me how to brush my teeth properly and gave me lots of tips. The environment was very calm and I would highly recommend her and the practice.

I was welcomed back to my follow up appointment with genuine warmth and recognition. This made the experience feel personal and reassuring.

I visited the Leeds practice on the 4th July. Tje reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The dentist I saw was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to push any treatments and gave me honest advice. I saw the treatment coordinator after the consultation and he was really good at explaining the finance options. The practice is such a nice place and worth the visit.

Been recently and I felt reassured the whole time! Everyone was so friendly!

I started my journey at the end of April I went for a consultation at Wakefield yorkshire dental suite. Dr Ben was very helpful and planned out my treatment. Yesterday I had my smile makeover! I had nanofill composite bonding. This treatment took around 3.5 hours Dr Ben is very talented and amazing at what he’s does. Thank you to all the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. I literally can’t stop smiling!

Team are friendly enough but I think it’s because they’re expecting a hard sell at the end of your consultation and that part is definitely rushed. Results are not as impressive as I thought they would be and Dispite going back for adjustments I still don’t feel like my concerns have been addressed completely and the second appointment felt really rushed and the dr even mentioned and moaned a little at me wanting adjustments to the shape even though this is what I booked in. It’s unfortunately a 4 hour round trip for me each time I visit and so I can’t get the time off work to get them amended a further time, plus I’ve lost confidence in the ability for them to get this correct, they couldn’t even get the right amount of time allocated on my first adjustment appointment. I’m seriously considering paying another company to get these looking how I wanted. Considering how dear the bonding is from this company, the results aren’t what you’d expect. Wouldn’t recommend this company to friends based on my experience.

After having a dentist chip my teeth and giving me a botched job on my front teeth many years ago I was scared off by dentists. However since coming to YDS I have found my trust in dentists again! Professional, calming and excellent experience each time I visited. Dr Chris is a miracle worker, my teeth are better than what I could’ve imagined and I literally can’t stop smiling now. Staff are all friendly too and a lovely bunch of flowers to round up the wonderful customer service!

Firs time at Oakwood . Dr Junaid and Monica were superb and held my hand through a very tricky extraction . Dr Janaid went to check X-rays and I asked Monica when he was going to take the tooth out she replied “ it’s out” . I could not believe the expertise and the care that was shown to me Thank you so much

Just another quick review of Louise Lough after the one on the 15.06.2025. I today received a follow-up call from Louise. This was both a general customer care call and one making sure everything went well with my appointment yesterday. This underscores my previous glowing review of Louise and illustrates the importance of great customer service. Thanks again Louise; much appreciated.

First class treated in comfortable and caring environment. I was never judged which was my biggest fear as I'd needed alot of dental treatment throughout my life.

I had nice teeth many years ago until I was assaulted by a German dentist, so I've never returned since, however, after 3 years of planning to get my teeth looked at I discovered a warm welcoming dentist in Leeds who treat me with professional respect and seen to my needs and support. They gave me an x-ray (had a phobia of the mouth piece) and it went better than expected, they offered me a treatment plan and an affordable payment plan too. I am looking forward to returning for my new smile.

Friendly staff and excellent work ! Absolutely amazed at my new teeth cannot find any faults thanks to the amazing staff so happy !!!!
