This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Over a 9 month period I have had every appointment cancelled last minute and rescheduled for weeks later. My treatment plan has been delayed by over 3 months due to errors by staff at YDS who have admitted fault but have not offered any compensation. I feel they care more about getting more Instagram followers and new patients into the practice than they do about providing a high quality service for their existing customers and providing good customer service.
