Honestly couldn’t be happier with my new smile, I’m over the moon. Dr Ben Wright was my dentist and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The process from start to finish was seamless and I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout. I wasn’t sure on what shape or style I wanted but Ben matched my new smile to my face perfectly. All of the staff at YDS are so welcoming and friendly - Morgan was also incredible! Thank you so so so much, I highly recommend YDS to anyone!!! ☺️

My experience so far has been second to none. From being a young age I have had very overcrowded teeth, had teeth removed for braces to be fitted etc. So from the age of 14 I have been petrified of the dentist, and couldn’t bring myself to go up to the age of 27. I found YDS on various social media platforms and saw their amazing work. Anyway I plucked up the courage to go for a consultation (thinking I won’t be having any work done, let’s see what damage I really have done. And I don’t have to come back). HOWEVER! I was greeted by the lovely reception and Pedro, where I was asked if I’d like a drink or anything, extremely welcoming from opening the front door. I was then introduced to my dentist (Dr Khan) who was so professional and welcoming also. I felt so at ease throughout my consultation. He was so reassuring as I was extremely embarrassed by my teeth state. To cut a long story short, I have had 3 teeth extractions, 3 fillings, and a clean treatment done in 1hr and 30 minutes. Went back again for pictures done and a scan of my teeth ready for my clear aligners that are being fitted in Feb. From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank YDS and Dr Khan enough for everything they’ve done and continue to do for me. If I can visit a dentist…. Anyone can. And please please go to YDS! You will not be disappointed I promise :)

I’ve just had my smile aligners and I’m having composite bonding too. Everyone is very welcoming and my dentist has been so helpful with explaining the treatment and all my options. So far I’m so happy with my results and I can’t wait to get my bonding done!
Can’t fault YDS at all! I travel 2 hours to attend my appointments. I’m currently on a smile white journey of straightening my teeth and I’m over the moon with the whole experience from day one!

YDS Just again wanted to hop on and express my journey with YDS. With no exaggeration in the new years since I had my composite veneers done I have visited the practice 43 times. Within 4 days of first getting my composite’s done I was ringing the practice due to the composite chipping. Ever since then I don’t think there has been a solid month whereby the composites have not chipped and I have had to return to get it sorted. At one point i had to go through the previous operations director to get the issues rectified as I was then being told I would have to pay every time to get the chips fixed. If it wasn’t a chip I was having to sort it was a new retainer being made due to the previous one no longer fitting due to the shape of the teeth changing when I would get any chips rectified. Just over two years later there hasn’t been a month that has passed without issues and upon changing the dentist to the cosmetic lead dentist the issues are still occurring. I have email, text and called the new operations director and albeit he did ring whilst i was away on holiday which they knew i was going on and couldn’t answer. I have tried to return the call and 4 months later I have still not had any correspondence returned from said operations director. Albeit the original dentist was changed, aesthetically his work was what I was best pleased with, practicality of the materials used and the constant chipping was the issue. I have asked for my money back on numerous occasions and been told not. I have even said remove the composites and I will go elsewhere. I feel deeply let down by the practice and feel anxious going into the practice due to the numerous issues and sometime made to feel like I’m the problem. I appreciate things have warranty and composites are not made to last forever, but would of like to have thought that they would last longer that 4 days. This has genuinely taken 2 years up of my life. Not once have i been compensated for the time lost whether that be taking time off work to attend appointments and as you can imagine 43 times within the year and a half timeframe is quite substantial. I’d second guess when thinking about going with YDS and your composite bonding journey. I’m £2000+ down and left with a smile that I thought would be life changing but instead lackluster.
heavy handed in your face sales- worst communication- lies and deceit that sums it up ! when i questioned the price they immediately knocked £1200 off then after i signed a scant online credit agreement (but asked for paperwork and warranty guarantees which have failed to materialise) they added the money back on and said they’d made a mistake . after requesting a cancellation i’m yet to have my emails and phone calls returned - yet they can do 200 calls to hound me . Another dentist has confirmed their expensive plan would not have worked and the new quote and plan with revised expectations is less than half the cost locally . awful experience - they dodge questions open how long will it last and run when you ask for it in writing
My experience with YDS has been exceptional so far, as I'm in the early stages of my aligner journey with the lovely Dr Dharmesh. He put me completely at ease as I'm usually very nervous about the dentist/anything dental related which has made me very relaxed and even excited for my treatment. I'll be having my fit appointment in the new year and am looking forward to my new straight white smile! Also - the front of house team are incredible and were so sweet upon my arrival, offering me a tea and water and were easy to chat to about anything I wanted to know. I've also had a separate appointment with Dr Chris when I chipped my bonding on my front tooth and he was able to fit me in the day after I chipped it and was very professional and I walked out like nothing had ever happened!
My experience with YDS so far has been super seamless and enjoyable. They make sure my appointments are booked in and send me friendly reminders so I don’t forget! Every staff member here is lovely and made my time here very easy and I couldn’t fault it at all, well deserved 5/5 stars 🌟

Haven’t even had a treatment yet because they are just harassing my phone and using numbers after blocking numbers to try and get me to have the teeth whitening service, it’s incredibly off putting and the reason I ignored the phone calls after receiving 4 and a text during a period I was at work. It’s desperate so stop. And stop finding new numbers to contact me on
Very disappointed with the customer service at Leeds YDS, I’ve had to come backwards and forth 5 times for my implant… yes 5 times. Each time I came back it didn’t fit so they had to go back to the laboratory, I’ve taken 5 days off work plus my fuel so I’m out of pocket. The last time I rang to find out an update the receptionist was quite rude to me saying I should wait another 8 weeks despite being told by my dentist it would only take 1 week. Over all I’ve been waiting 5 months! I do want to say my dentist Dr Rajen has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend him but YDS themselves have been poor. I hope YDS can contact me to resolve this and help make this review a positive one! Casey Frost
*1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointed with Yorkshire Dental Suite, Wakefield* I'm highly dissatisfied with the service I received at Yorkshire Dental Suite. Here's what went wrong: - Booked a denture consultation, but an implant consultation was organized without my knowledge or consent. - Clearly stated my need for dentures, but was ignored. - Requested to speak with Manager Dan, but the issue wasn't resolved. - Received a call from another Dan at a different branch, promising an email to rebook, which never arrived. My experience was marred by: - Lack of respect for customer needs and preferences. - Imposition of unwanted services (implants). - Unrealistic and unaffordable price quotes from the implants surgeon. - Wasted time and money without receiving the desired service. As a customer, I expect: - My wishes to be respected. - Clear communication. - Tailored services meeting my specific needs. Unfortunately, Yorkshire Dental Suite failed to deliver on these basic expectations. I'm still without the denture consultation I originally requested and after having travelled that far for nothing, time and money wasted. *Would not recommend.*
I went for an initial consultation last week at the Wakefield branch and I have to say it was very clean (it is new) and the staff lovely. That’s why I’ve given 3* otherwise it would be 1* It’s cost me £45 (1/2 price for the consult) Which is fair enough, but the consultant hardly looked at my teeth, said it would be £395/tooth for composite and £395 for teeth whitening sessions. He was very persuasive, admitted that he’s relatively new and would I prefer a more senior dentist to do the procedure (nothing like putting me on the spot!) and what I feel (on reflection), railroaded into making a further appointment to get started, with an £80 deposit paid. I have had no costings/ quote given. I’ve called today with just over 24hrs to my first appointment to ask someone to discuss all this with me. Nobody has called. The receptionist has emailed head office again to request a refund of my £80 due to the errors and lack of communication, so we shall see. There should always be a no penalty change of mind period. I will update in a few days with the outcome.
