My journey with YDS started a couple of months ago and so far their service and customer care has been second to none. All staff members have always been very helpful and friendly on every occasion. Looking forward to the final results and hopefully a fantastic relationship into the future.

Couldn't recommend this dentist enough! Went to the Leeds YDS and from the telephone call to book to consultation they have been very kind, helpful and accommodating. Every appointment I’ve been greeted with the best hospitality from the reception desk as well as all staff walking through the building. Dr Chris was fantastic, excellent with talking me through my treatment and answering questions. Since my treatment I’ve had a check phone call and my next appointment booked in. Extremely happy with my treatment and experience with YDS!

Surgery is lovely, staff are very friendly. Felt like a real personalised service from people who really care about their work.

I’ve been really impressed with the treatment and care I’ve received at YDS in York. From the first consultation including financing to the surgery and after care. The customer service from call centre and reception to the practitioners made me feel comfortable and considered through the whole process. Really pleased with the outcome.

Some places and people just deserve all the praise that can be given and this is certainly the case for me. After extensive work in Nottingham for gum work I was given the opportunity to search the market for cosmetic work. I had seen the work done at yds so after a quick call I was in within 3 days to the hull practice. I was greatest with the most appealing beautiful smelling clinic I could have wished for. The front staff on reception were just fantastic from day one (and with there calls for appointments thereafter). My dentist I was given was Tara Williams and she came highly recommended by the sales team in Leeds. I was given a full check and a price on the day for upper and lower composite which fitted in to my budget I was prepared to pay. Everything was fully explained and done so lovingly and proffesionaly too. After another visit for a filling and a scan for the whitening kit I was all booked in for the week before Xmas as I had hoped for . I was asked to see if I could come earlier due to a cancellation which I jumped at straight away.The results are incredible I also got extra teeth done on the day due to the earlier time I was there due to the cancellation. There is a saying that you get what you pay for. I am not saying the treatment is cheap but you can not put a price on expertece. Tara was so friendly, good fun, and just did a incredible job. When you put the girls on the front desk included in to this you basically have a fantastic relaxed place to be .I am absolutely over the moon I made the choice I did. I was even given a huge bouquet of flowers to say thank you which was nothing but a fantastic gesture. This maybe could be the best dental clinic in the county and I could not recommend highly enough. Thank you. All so so so so much.

From the moment of contacting the Yorkshire dental team. I was made to feel valued and respected by all the staff and my lovely practioner Dr Syed. He put me at ease and walked me through my treatment plan. Once in for my treatment he was calm professional and caring supporting a therapeutic experience.
