First of all the warm welcome you get when you first walk in the doors from the reception staff. I had nano bonding with Dr mateen, can I say he is amazing ,explains everthing in detail ,listens to what you want and puts you at ease ,he even makes another appointment for you just incase you want anything changing or your not happy with anything ,,he has also done my sons teeth which he is delighted with ,,would highly recommend YDS we can't stop smiling .

Had a great experience with dr rajen who did my composites, really happy with the shape of my teeth as I had a few front chipped teeth that needed sorting. Also the after care team were great, especially Ionie who had excellent customer service skills and was very efficient and helpful.

“Hi Tom I appreciate your response; however, I’d like to refer back to our previous conversation, where you initially stated that you would take down the reviews after receiving your refund but later changed your mind. I want to work with you on this and find a resolution. So, I am prepared to refund the £45 first. If you then remove the reviews as agreed, I will process a further payment of £155. Please let me know if you are happy to proceed on this basis. Kind regards” Having since received the refund after a lot of stress and hard work getting in touch with them. They’re now trying to pay me off to delete my reviews. The proof is in the pudding what company relies so badly on its good reviews that they’ll pay you to delete your bad experience. I won’t be accepting the money as I believe people deserve to know what experience they could potentially go through with this company. An unprofessional dentist that relies on its social media, modernness and fake good reviews to attract its customers rather than delivering a service that will satisfy them consequently getting reccomendations. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND KEEPING IT EVERYWHERE THEY CAN

I was very nervous about my visit today worried about the costing and also just visiting a dentist in general after a few year of not seeing one. The staff at the surgery were very welcoming and really made me feel settled I couldn't have asked for any more from today's visit.

Wow - thank goodness I went to YDS and met Dr Amar! I had a bad experience a few months ago, so I was very nervous about getting implants, I went to various places for quotes. As soon as I met Dr Amar he made me feel at ease, he talked me through the whole process and the price was excellent! Dr Amar asked what music I liked so I would feel comfortable and they even gave me flowers as I left to say thank you for choosing them! I had the implants fitted 48 hours ago, I have no pain, and hardly any swelling. The care and attention was amazing and I cannot recommend Dr Amar highly enough. I don't normally do reviews, but I know how anxious I was about getting the work done and hope this helps someone.
