I received excellent care and support throughout my experience of having composite bonding done on my upper teeth. From the initial consultation through to the finance options and completion of the procedure was a wholly great experience and I am delighted with the final results. I have a review booked in to check over any concerns I may have and am confident that any issues will be addressed if needed. I was not nervous before or during the procedure and I am usually a little apprehensive going to my local dental practice. The procedure was painless and I can highly recommend Dr. Ben that cares for me at Yorkshire Dental. All the staff were helpful and supportive, so a big thank you to everyone at Yorkshire Dental, Guiseley. Well deserved 5 stars.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

The staff at YDS in Hessle were amazing. I have always had a fear of dentistry and neglected my teeth for most of my life. I recently needed an impacted wisdom tooth removed but decided to go for a consultation as I was still too anxious to have anything done. An hour later and I had my pain cleared. I had no anticipation, I had no anxiety. Everyone was welcoming and the finance was simple to sort. I seriously cannot recommend these professionals enough - and since being there I have even been checked up on with my experience by a lovely member of the support team. I'll be returning.

I started my journey researching all places. I had a consultation with YDS and decided to trust them to help me achieve what I wanted and needed. The whole of the team made me feel welcome and calm about the whole experience. Being a 40odd year old having to consider implants was scary but life unfortunately dictated the need. Through the consultation and the day of placement they looked after me and no question was too much for them to answer. All my follow ups have been amazing and they keep me informed every step of the way. I’m very close to completion and couldn’t be happier with my experience of all of them. Thank you YDS it is clear why you are the go to place.

January 2025 - So far YDS has given a 5 star service for Smile white aligners. Each appointment I attended I was offered a refreshment whilst I waited. I reached the end of my aligners however I was not 100% happy. Dr Phil was eager to help me become 110% happy that my smile is perfect for me. He gave me various options of how we should proceed forward, he was very attentive and made me comfortable with my decision. I will update my review when I have completed my journey🦷✨ March 2025 - I have now completed my aligner journey. The appointment to remove the attachments went very well and wasn’t too uncomfortable. Dr Phil was amazing once again. Now to begin whitening. My teeth look fab even without whitening so very excited to see what they look like at the end!

I've had multiple treatments with these guys for nearly 2 years now, and have never had a problem. Everything down to there customer service and the dentists themselves, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new dentist !

Yorkshire Dental Suite is one of the best dental practices. After having a complex oral surgery and bone graft under the care of Dr Dalghous a couple of years ago, I have remained with this practice for my routine dental care. They have excellent standards of service. Medical treatments with impressive aftercare. The staff is very professional, accommodating & friendly. I would highly recommend Yorkshire Dental Suite to anyone needing any dental services.

Reply - no it was definitely you. I emailed off a different email address. Maybe just look at the emails you haven't replied too? Probably a lot to get through then.. not good for potential new customers is it? Receptionist can't be bothered to reply to an email that's longer than 1 sentence? I reached out because I was really interested in treatment with York YDS. Sent enquiries about transferring as a patient from another dentist to this one too but all my contact has been ignored. But reading reviews on the company .. guess I dodged a bullet. Will look elsewhere

I had pretty much decided I wanted my teeth doing, and YDS is quite close to home, so it didn't take much persuasion, however, if I hadn't been ready I feel the sales part was quite pressured to make a quick decision. I had to contact them before my whitening kit actually got sent out however that didn't matter since my appointment for composites was several weeks away, for which I was glad. Dr Phil and team were so friendly, they put me at ease throughout my visits. And the atmosphere was relaxed but still professional which I appreciated. I was very nervous about getting the composites because it meant my old ones had to be removed! I had no idea how this would be done it turned out to be some kind of drilling, which was the worst part, after that it was less scary and, at times, even relaxing. So much care was put into doing the composites, compared to when I had them done on the NHS, it was clear these are the real deal. Dr Phil didn't just work at one angle but made sure they looked right when I sat up and even the back of the teeth. Having music on in the background also helped my nerves. I'm autistic and things like this can be tricky for me but I needn't have worried. If I had to think of something to improve maybe there could have been a tiny bit more technical explanation of what was going on, as we went along, I like that sort of thing. Being bad at hiding my emotions the shock at my new teeth may have been palpable however after touching up my face in the bathroom it only took me until the taxi ride home to appreciate them, and keep looking in the mirror and I was soon doing selfies! I happily and proudly tagged YDS on Insta. Also, I have been sent two requests to do reviews immediately and while it feels a tad early, regards how they wear, I guess I can always edit them if needs be. I hope I don't need to :)

Great experience at Yorkshire Dental Suite and so pleased with the result of my treatment. I had excellent customer care throughout the process and especially by Becky in the aftercare team. I would highly recommend YDS for the brilliant work they do.
