Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Although I can't comment on the broadband service itself just yet, the customer support I received from Matt at Zen has been nothing short of exceptional. After moving into a rural property, I discovered that although Openreach showed full fibre availability for my address, every provider I contacted said I couldn't get internet at all. BT and EE (the closest thing I felt to Openreach) both told me they couldn't help with no interest, and with no way to contact Openreach directly, I was stuck. That is—until a neighbour recommended Zen, and Matt stepped in like a hero. He took the time to resolve everything with Openreach and got us set up for full fibre installation (still pending, but this review stands regardless). Matt gave me his direct work line—a lifesaver—and consistently followed up with updates and reassurance. His genuine care and dedication to helping me through the process was a breath of fresh air - seriously. Even after all he had done for me, he wasn’t pushy about signing up, which made me trust him even more. Despite other providers being slightly cheaper, I’d happily pay a bit extra for this level of service. Thanks to Matt, we’ve chosen Zen and are now awaiting installation. I hope a manager notices this review because he is an asset to your company and I will be recommending it to everyone - thank you!

I switched to Zen today after really disappointing experiences with two of the UK's providers. Zen is such welcome experience! I called yesterday to find out my options and spoke to Adam who was clear, helpful and very professional. After thinking it over, I called gain and spoke to Adam again who took me through the process of changing my broadband and phone service to Zen. Adam was patient about my questions, reassuring about the level of service Zen provides and an all round star sharing his knowledge. I am really grateful for Adam's consistent support. Thank you for the amazing training Zen provides for its staff and I look forward to being a satisfied Zen customer:)

Have been having a technical issue but despite this I’m leaving a 5 star review. During a time where businesses are cutting corners at the expense of customer experience I want to say well done for investing in a UK call centre, we would pay extra on our bill for this alone as it made discussing and resolving the issue much easier.
