Very satisfied. They give you all options to what you are looking for. Answer all your questions. Very professional and polite. the price they give you is the price you pay no extra charges. Brandon and Chris did a great job!
Jon H, Brett L , Alex P, and Andrew P. were all great! On time, very courteous and let me know what was going on throughout the process. Bathroom was cleaner when they left than when they came!! Lol!! The mess they made they took with them when they left! My only disappointment is I have to wait 24 hours to use my beautiful new shower!!

Can't believe the good reviews outweigh the bad. They must be spending a ton on online reputation management, fake reviews, or people just not speaking up. Spent entirely too much money for entirely too mediocre of a product. The team members are very pleasant to deal with, but they sort of have to since that's basically the only redeeming feature of this company, with the exception of our salesman Mitch E., who claims he isn't in the business of selling something to someone they don't want. I basically had to tell him to get lost after repeatedly insisting we wouldn't be disappointed with what we were getting. They had to come back again and completely rip out the extremely shoddy and careless shower install, and replace with a much more carefully manicured shoddy (but in all fairness, less careless) shower install. This was after multiple attempts were made to fire the company, they will ignore you and continue to push their services. As a goodwill measure for such a horrible experience, they offered to mud in the drywall for the wall they built, that apparently Mitch, who is very careful with his wording, was just going to leave unfinished. After several visits, the drywall is finally what i would call 'acceptable'. If you want to pay real money for a bunch of flimsy plastic over a flimsy shower basin, then go ahead, give them a call, they'll fix you up nice, and make you much poorer in the process.

Sean G & Henry E. transformed my Bathtub/shower into a beautiful walk-in shower. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and informed me as to what they would be doing through the job even told me I could take pictures anytime I wanted to, or even ask questions. Sean & Henry were very professional, very pleased with the job they completed. Did a great job in cleaning up before they left. ABYSMAL – West Shore Home can’t do anything right. I had ordered 2 sliders and a front door. It took them 7 visits over 8 months to install them correctly once installation was possible. Issues included but not limited to installing/causing broken hurricane glass and frames of hurricane rated sliders (wasn’t sure that was even possible with how solid they are built), leaving the property unsecured for days, turning up without the correct parts after confirming they had them beforehand (including one occasion no parts at all), installing door before even aligning it causing it catch on frame, missing handles or wrong color, and didn’t offer any compensation for all these issues. Never use them, always blaming others. Don't want to rate even one star
We had a walk in shower install by Nico C. and Clay C. on 5/18 2023. My husband is disabled and has special needs for this shower install. Nico and Clay listened and make sure all the plans that our salesman Daniel had set for a safe and beautiful walk in shower. We are so pleased and know we had the best company do the job. I will recommend WestShoreHome to all our friends. Thank You, I'm sure you just increased the value of our home.
Today we had a conversion from a bath tub to a shower. The installers Justin D and Trever C performed excellent work. They cleaned up after the job was done very well. And was very pleasant. They took the time to thoroughly explain the workings of the new shower. In conclusion we will highly recommend Whest Shore Home for their excellent work.
They were supposed to do my install today. I rearranged my schedule to be home. 8am got called their installer called off. Im loosing out on work time. They left me waiting. That is very inconsiderate, unprofessional customer service. Tuesday may 2nd.
My third project was my walk-in shower which Nick and Chris did an awesome job. They had it installed in the one-day time frame as promised. All my questions were answered along with them helping me of where to put the shelves in the corners of the shower. I am so excited of how much room I have in my walk-in shower and no longer will hit my toe. Thank you, guys, so much for a job well done. An excellent job done by two very professional workers. Grant and Cody P were on time, both very professional, courteous and polite workers who finished in a very timely manner and cleaned up completely after the project was completed. They explained the care needed to maintain the appearance of our newly installed tub and shower. Date of our experience was April 19, 2023.
A professional young man named Darrell came on time to my house and added a shower caddy . It looks great. The shower installation was done several weeks and that came out so nice I enjoyed the whole experience with west shore home. I now feel safe when I shower with the super strong grab bars and my solid teak seat. It’s a pleasure. Thank-you so much!!!!! Thank you Darrell. April 17,2023.

The West Shore Home sales rep, Anthony Anderson did a great job helping us chose just what we thought we needed and wanted and made good suggestions. Very professional. We had two new walk-in showers installed in two bathrooms by the same installer, Alec DuBreuil. He worked quickly, and quietly and knew what he was doing. Great job! We love our two new showers!
Everyone involved in our bathroom/shower remodel did an excellent job. Paul was great in explaining what would be done, when, and how. Jonathan and Michael did an excellent job with the installation. The job was completed in one day, looks great and we are pleased with the new walk-in shower.

W had a tub removed & a walk in shower installed on 9 Feb 2023. The sales rep (Davis Moore) was courteous, professional and an expert on the product, he covered every aspect of the process & answered all questions we had. The install crew should be recognized as well, the crew leader (Casey Sutton) & the team members (Jason Stamps & Bradley Fischer), their work was efficient and very high quality, it was obvious they all were highly skilled tradesmen. They made sure we could see the process and ensured we had a say in the location of shelves, grab bars etc. all were courteous and professional, was a great experience for us, I highly recommend this company for in home upgrades, and am considering having West Shore upgrade the windows in our home in the near future.
