We had a total shower replacement a year ago. We have had a question about the caulking around the bottom of the shower We figured they would ask us over the phone what was going on but instead they offered to send us one of their qualified repairman in case we need it some work done. I worked with Leanne on that first call and she set up Joey to come to our home and check out all question. He was awesome. I can’t brag enough about the mannerism of Joey, and how he assured us we had no problem and I’ll shower. Leanne answered us in such a timely fashion, and was a pleasure to work with. These two are absolutely a credit to the establishment. After speaking with Joey, and explaining to him, our shower head was not what we expected even though it was a year he recommended us to call in and get some help if possible. I called in and spoke with Leanne once again and she expedited. I believe to the owner what our concerns were about the shower head. And we offered to pay some thing to have it replaced with one that would be more suitable from my husband and I however after speaking with Leanne, she told us the owner wanted a service man to come back out and install the proper showerhead that would help us with our problem. Once again, the service man that came was Joey for the second time I can’t speak highly enough about this gentleman. If anyone is looking to have a bathroom or just a shower upgrade, do not hesitate to use Westshore homes when they say they stand by their product they do. I see so many glowing reviews. I only wish I had gotten to the point of signing a contract and have your company replace our bath to shower. Unfortunately our initial contact with Aaron your sales rep ended after 5 minutes. Aaron was prompt for our meeting came in and politely introduced himself. I told him to follow me to the bathroom where we needed the remodel. He said lets sit down and talk first. He then stated that we are remodeling do to safety issues. I jokingly said your secretary must have taken the wrong notes. We are remodeling because we don't have a need for the bathtub. He snapped back that he didn't have a secretary. He then said he was going to bring in samples. I asked him what kind of samples. I'm not in the industry that Aaron is in, so my question was simple and polite. ( I meant by samples could you explain. I was thinking finished pictures, shower doors, other wall and floor materials, etc.) Aaron proceeded to tell me with an irritated look both facially and voice tone that he detects hostility on my part and has since he walked in the door 5 minutes ago. Needless to say both my wife and myself were completely miffed by this statement and action. I then said, did I offend you by asking what samples? I am in the restaurant and sales business for 40 years. If I have one redeeming quality that I can stand on it's my respect for others especially sales professionals as I realize what a tough job it is. Needless to say the accusation which I was completely shocked and insulted by led to the end of our 5 minute relationship. I am baffled by what took place. I'm sure Aaron is a good person, maybe just having a bad day. It's to bad because we really wanted to do this project.

Kyle and Susant Review These 2 men worked at my home they arrived early and they did a very good job although they had to come back on the second day they were hard workers and communicated with me when necessary about the project. I would recommend them to anyone needing that type of project.

THEY COMPLETED THE WORK IN ONE DAY AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE STEP IN SHOWER LOOKS GOOD AND WILL HELP ME A LOT. JANSEN B AND AASIM H DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE COUTEOUS IN HELPING US.

My husband and I had a little issue with our shower that we had for about 1 1/2...after talking with Ms.Megan at Westshore, she sent out Alex, and he was prompted and talked with us, answered our questions, and fixed the problem. The crew of Jamal R., Mike M., Chandler R., & Richie T. were on time, got right to work, knew what they were doing when removing and installing the windows. They did a great job cleaning up inside and out when the work was complete. One thing we noticed was they were all ready to answer any of our questions when we had any the entire day. Daniel T. (Install Manager) stopped by to ensure the project was going as planned and was able to answer a couple of questions during and after the project was complete. I have recommended 3 people so far to look into and request a quote from West Shore Home when they are ready to have their windows replaced.

We had 12 windows and 3 doors replaced (to include and arcadian french door). They arrived on time and had it completed in one day. The team was thoughtful and personable. They took special care to protect our floors, walls, carpets, and furniture! I work from home and they were so considerate and worked around me. We did have some install problems with the french door and the front door. But they quickly returned and resolved the problems. We were constantly updated on the status of the repairs by customer service, The only wait time occurred when waiting on additional parts. All the teams were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! And I will definitely have them come back to do my bathroom showers in the very near future. I have worked in the customer service arena for over 30 years and know GREAT customer service when I see it! Special Thanks to MIKEY, ALEX, STEPHEN, JAKE, GARRETT, MICHAEL, KEITH AND FRANK SCOFIELD. Andri Spencer and Kevin Guzman did a beautiful job converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. They came on time and cleaned up when they were finished. They even left instructions on what to use to clean my beautiful shower. This was my second time using West shore and will never use anyone else.

MEN WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS, RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY, CLEANED UP AND MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH JOB AND IF ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS USE NUMBR THEY GAVE US. BEST WORKERS EVER. A++++++++ ALL AROUND.

I had to put one star in order to put this loser and West Shore Homes; review on the website. Wonder why West Shore Homes hasn't or won't respond to negative reviews? OUT RIGHT FRAUD !!!!! Wondering why the bills were addressed to me? and copies of the loan were promised. None received. I called West Shore Homes to straighten out the problem. No return phone calls from the underwriting department. So, I did some DIGGING!!!! The sales rep, David Rathburn, put the bath remodel in my name without my knowledge. In addition, doubled my income on the application to match the loan parameters. I have written to the AG's office in Florida and notified MANY news outlets. Thought you could get away with it. LOSER!!!!!!!

The first of three installation dates - the workers were here 11 hours cussing their heads off and using foul language all day, I told them in the very beginning I work from home and take client calls. I was lucky my clients did not hear their language, or I could have been fired. They did not finish instillation, they left the doors, grab bars and shelves. They also did not seal the bottom of the pan and wood was sticking through. Leo stated I would need to call and get another date scheduled for the remaining installation if I wanted it completed. Seriously? IF I wanted it completed? I called the next morning and was told the next available date was 2 weeks away. I took it since it was the "only available date." The day before second installation, I called West Shore to confirm my appointment - event though they said they would call me! I reiterated the work that needed to be done. They mentioned everything was planned. Day 2 went much better, only 1 gentleman showed and worked for 4 hours however - the job is still not complete! It was not mentioned that the pan would need to be sealed. I have to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS for this to be completed. "1 day install" turned into a month of not using the new shower West Shore charged me $14,000 to complete. Definitely not worth it

The shower upgrade was excellent. The door not so much. The salesman did not have examples of the items he sold us and the description he gave my wife was not accurate. We ended up with the smoked glass window in the door that we can't see out of. What exactly is functional purpose of a window you can see out of? Customer service was little to know help. Basically had the "we got paid, so any issues you have aren't our concern anymore". To replace the window inside the door with something we can actually see through will cost $420. They brag about being military owned and taking military pride in their work and even thanked me for service. The demonstrated that they were disingenuous and were just out to clear a deal. Shower good, exterior door far below average, customer service, the absolute worse!

I had windows installed 9/27/2023. Adam P, Deshawn G David V came out to my house and did the stallion. The three men worked hard answered all question from me and my wife. These men knew what to do and did a wonderful job. Thank you keep up the good work fellows. outstand job

Our one day installation turned into a 2 week fiasco. On the day of installation, the crew made holes in our adjacent bedroom drywall when they removed the old tile off the bathroom wall. The installation manager, Jake, came by and saw what had happened and put "mud" over the holes and said one of the other guys would take care of painting when the mud dried. Unfortunately, the person who ended up doing the painting failed to sand the mud patches before he painted so the wall had uneven splotches. When the crew was finished in the bathroom, all looked good until after they left and a piece of the bench they had installed started coming apart, leaving a huge gap under the bench. Jake came back the next day to install a shower rod that was wrong on our order and he looked at what was happening under the bench. He said it looked like the part was cut wrong and didn't fit properly so he would order another. Later that week I received a phone call from a nice lady named Bonnie, telling me the bench was on backorder and she wasn't sure when it would be in stock. Then almost 2 weeks after the initial install, Bonnie called and said she had the new bench and we scheduled Luis to come the next afternoon to install. When Luis arrived he went straight to the bathroom to look at the bench. After about 2 minutes, he told me the reason the part came off was because there was plastic wrap over the part, which would not allow the glue to stick. I asked him he was sure we didn't need the new bench and he said no, that he would pull the plastic wrap off and glue the part correctly, which he did. What bothers me is that neither the first guy that installed the bench, nor Jake when he looked at it the next day could see what Luis found right away. So we waited 2 weeks for our "one day install" because of what I consider the incompetence of Westshore employees. Not Luis because he was great. We showed Luis the painting that had been done on our bedroom wall and he said he would fix it, and he did. So, would I recommend WestShore to anyone....NO, unless Luis is the person doing the install. Everyday during that 2 weeks from initial install to Luis completing the project, my wife and I would walk into the bathroom and shake our heads every time we saw how badly the shower looked. She didn't really want to use the shower because of how it looked, but she reluctantly did. This was an unnecessary inconvenience for us.

Our job was a little complicated and did take 2 days to complete but we were aware of the time frame and were completely fine with it. This job was done by three very professional and courteous workers. We give a big shoutout to Logan, Justin and Kristina. They answered all our questions and were on time and worked continuously all day. Would recommend these workers and Company with *****

Love my walkin shower in my master bathrrom and love the new tub in the other bathroom. It all started out with my Design Consultant Dalton Hanscom. The guys that did a very professional job of installing and doing a great job; Ricky Rodriguez, Will Pickett and Cam Eaves what a great team it was done in less than a day. They deserve a bonus for the great day and hard work they have done.

First your salesman was friendly, honest, helps us at all times, Second the company make my appointment on time, third your teamwork clean, they were respect at all times. The job finish on time. Overall great job. Thanks.

I had an appointment with Westshore Homes for an initial quote for my master bathroom shower remodel, and spent over two hours with the designer going over all the details of what we would like to have etc. We were supposed to have a second appointment to complete the final finishes so we could finalize the contract and book a date to get the remodel started and I never heard back from the designer that was assigned to me again. I had made a few calls to Westshore and they said they were going to reach out not only to him but to his manger and I never heard from anyone. I tried myself to call the designer assigned to me with no avail. To me if this is the kind of service Westshore does I would not even want to spend my money on them as they are not the most cost efficient remodel service. I had originally chosen them because I had seen there ad on tv plenty of times and they seem to look like they did excellent work, but now I know there customer service and service in general is awful. I would never recommend them to anyone especially if you are going to spend close to $14,000 or more with them. They really need to work on this or they will loose very good clients.

Davis Moore came to my house showed us the product, and demonstrate it his presentation was great Their was no sales pressure to buy, was given time to think, and decide what to do. Thanks Davis Moore
