Jon G. and Sam T. were the installers of our new shower. They were very professional as well as friendly. Answered our questions with knowledge. Very satisfied.

They were on time and friendly and did an awesome job. Thank you G. And Tristan V. If I ever need anything else done I would want West Shore Homes to send these to fine young men back. Then cleaned up everything and more. We absolutely love our new bathroom. Just wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserve it.

So this is my second complaint about West Shore installing a shower. I posted earlier that I had a half wall they installed and I needed to find someone to put in the half glass. When I finally found an installer he would not do the job because the half wall was not straight. After two months, West Shore finally came back to fix the wall. The same installer came back and we asked him to attach the handrail which was not installed the first time. While installing the handrail he drilled a hole in our waterline. In order to fix it they had to put a hole in my living room wall. Needless to say, I have to wait another week to have my wall repaired!! This has been a nightmare. 🤦‍♀️

Front door and back door that I had shimmed, replaced weatherstripping, door sweeps and placed towels on the floor to stop air leaks until I gave up and called Westshore. Imani L., Tyrone B., and Britt T. arrived to replace the doors. They took care of the job as if it was their own house. Removed the old doors, rebuilt the threshholds, changed the metal cladding, blew insulation around the frame, installed the new doors and made sure they were squared in the opening for a great looking and operating, finished project. Also, special thanks to Dan Buccola for the sale writeup. My wife will be home on Saturday for the final review.

The remodel was done in just 8 hours. Shae and Tyrina C were courteous on time and professional. Would recommend them and West Shore Home to anyone considering a home project.

We spent almost two hours of our valuable time to listen to a detailed sales pitch for a shower install. At the end, we were quoted $26,000.00! It was later reduced to 19,000.00. They wanted to come out again to give a better offer, but at that point we had hired a company to do our shower for 5,000.00 and they did a wonderful job!!

The installers came and worked their tails off for almost 12 hours. They were not the problem. However, even the installer said there were things he wasn’t happy about before leaving, and suggested I call the customer service number to get someone out to take a look. I called and left a msg (after a very short hold) in which they said they would call back. Next day, nothing. I called late afternoon and was put immediately on hold again. So, I tried the online chat. The person answering told me that customer service had reached out twice that day. WRONG! I had absolutely no record of recent calls from WestShore on my iPhone. So, the next morning, I called the local office and they said the ticket had been open less than 24 hours and I should expect a call by late afternoon. No call. This morning, I called and spoke to someone who said the local scheduler was in a meeting and would be calling shortly. No call. Extremely frustrating. Unfortunately we wrote a check to pay in full after the install. I’m very annoyed with it all, and would say be careful who you trust to do business with. Update: once their customer service manager contacted us, we got scheduled for the touchups and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Now it looks great and we are totally pleased. Changed to 4 stars.

1 walk in shower is poorly manufactured. 2 slip proof flooring whether, wet or dry is like walking on ice. 3 Metal drain cover is sharp like a open can lid ring 4 hardware is cheap looking like box store items.

The guys arrived by 8.30 and was very professional. The job is beautiful. My only concern is there was a little standing water this morning from the test. Will update.

I hope there is space enough to tell you about my experience with West Shore Homes. They deserve 10 stars. My journey begin with Mr. Anthony Lomonaco, who was an outstanding in-home sales team lead. He was courteous, well versed on his product and put my husband and I at ease as he introduced us to what West Shore had to offer us by way of doors. He was not a pushy sales person but spoke with us as if we were family. Once the product/video was shown, colors discussed with a short turn around in having the work done, I was ready to sign on the dotted line. Mr. Lomonaco gave us options on purchasing and the deal was sealed. Needless to say after that presentation for West Shores we received by Mr. Lomoaco we wanted to purchase by any means necessary. Mr. Lomoaco made it happen and we will be forever grateful. He came in as a sales team lead and left as family. Now I must shout out the installation team. Those men were the nicest, most respectful hardworking gentlemen we have met in a long time. We give them 10 stars as well. On January 30, the installation team arrived at their appointed time of 8:30 am with David V as the lead installer and on January 31, Jared R. surprised me a little earlier of his appointed time with a smile on his face. The other team members who also were outstanding, kind young hardworking men were Adam P, Deshawn G, Vinny C. and Bailey D. I cannot say enough great things about these amazing workers. They made such an impact on my family that we worried because they never stopped working to eat on either day that I felt the need to feed them Sal's pizza on day one and Burger King on day two. They were so appreciative but continued working while eating. I am so thankful for these men. I call them my family now. They made sure I was pleased with their work and kept me informed on each step they took in the installation. The quality of the doors and meticulous way the men handled each job was a mesmerizing work of art. We had a guest who visited both days who said he would use West Shores and let others know about what he had seen. West Shores thank you so much for everything. From beginning to end all I can say is job well done. Please give all concerned extra compensation for representing West Shores in an outstanding way.

Outrageously expensive. 4x4x8 tub to shower conversion. Over $20,000 but would reduce to 15,000 if pay cash. That comes out to about $800 per square foot. More expensive per square foot than building a new home! When we declined he called his manager to see if he could get a better deal for us. Seemed more like buying a car than a shower remodel! Free install? Can’t image in what the labor would cost!!

West Shore Home, make everything great by the employees like Scen Johnson that you have working there. The quality of material that is used in the home really help how it improves it. We have received more compliments on our home.

I want to tell the world about West Shores Home. November 24.2023, I had a new shower put in my bathroom. There were two awesome gentlemen that helped me tremendously, their names, Louie Rose, and Steven Martin. when they finished, I was ecstatic. What blew my mind was they went above and beyond. When I went in to clean my bathroom after two days, there was nothing to clean it was spotless. these guys went beyond awesome. I did clean my bathroom. One day to do the work. Had them in for a quote we had seen on tv. Free installation. Thought we would check things out. salesperson showed up and we had to watch videos of the owner and listen to how great the company was. basically, we had to drink the cool aid. We finally got to the price for a 3ft by 4 ft shower insert they would take out and replace with 3 shower walls and door a base and taps and some grab bars that we did not really want cost =$14000.00. This was just for materials as I had stated the install was to be free. So, they give you 20% discount for labor? I have been around a lot of home projects in my time and have hired out a lot of work but never have I seen the materials outpace the labor by 80%. Check your numbers be careful.

I hired West Shore Home to install a 4x4x8 foot standup shower in my bathroom. The shower itself is nice and easy to clean, and it has not shown any signs of wear and tear. However, I was not happy with the installation process and the price. The installers did not listen to my preferences for the location of the shower units and handles, and they argued with me when I asked them to change it. As a result, the shower hose gets caught in the handles every time I use it, which is very annoying. I also had to call them back to rechaulk the shower because they used a faulty batch of chaulk. I paid over 20K for this service, which I think is too much for the quality of the materials and the workmanship. I would not recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking for a hassle-free and affordable shower installation (maybe if you have throw away money then fo for it).

Jansen kept us updated the entire day. Ivan,Jake, Teagan and Ed were able to ta walkin shower and when they left the shower was perfect. Our house ended up cleaner then when they arrived. All five men were pleasant and professional. Would recommend this group to anybody.
