Matt and Jonathon did a very professional job installing our walk in shower. Started as soon as they arrived and did not stop until finished. They were very polite and helped us to locate both grab bars and soap dishes. Thanks alot Danny and Marie

Just had my second door put in by West Shore. James P. and Jake H. did a top quality installation.

We were told we would be receiving a sliding door on the back patio with screens and they came to measure everything and it didn’t have it included. For almost 11k I would think it would be standard. The sales rep told my husband he would send a new contract over to sign the new contract and we have yet to receive it!! Now they want to charge almost 4k to cancel!!!!! Stay away from this company- they don’t tell the truth and then overcharge /charge if you choose to cancel.

Ricky and Theo were very friendly. They were efficient and very professional. We will recommend West Shore to anyone who needs a bathroom remodeling.

The shower was what we needed and looks nice. The are better than a tub surround but not as nice as tile. The problem was that they used a screw that went through the wall and was visible on that side. We did not see this until they left. We called and someone was sent out about 2 days later. He cut the screw back and left the hole. When asked if they were going to fill and paint over the area they damaged, they said no, we would have to see to it. Seriously, you damage someone property and you do not make good on the repair? We had to call someone else to come fix the area.

West Shore Showers provided us with a beautiful shower that has significantly improved the look and accessibility of our bathroom. The showers are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, making a noticeable positive impact on our home. However, the process of installation was less than ideal. It took nearly three months to complete the shower, and four different teams were involved in the installation, each seemingly worsening the situation. The shower wall where the main water lines are located was not leveled properly, leading to further issues. The bathroom doors were uneven, and the window frame was improperly done. One of the workers shattered not one, but two glass doors on my front porch. Young, inexperienced installers were left unsupervised, which led to more mistakes in the installation process. The installers used dirty white mats to supposedly keep my floors free of debris, but they actually brought in more dirt and debris with these mats. Overall, I was very disappointed with the installation. Would I use their services again? No! While the final product is satisfactory, the journey to get there was fraught with challenges. Improved supervision and better-trained teams could have made this a much smoother experience.

I had WestShore Home install a new bathtub and surrounding walls in my bathroom. Jake Kulp and his coworkers, Scott and Mike did an amazing job. Jake answered all my questions and concerns with patience and was detail-oriented throughout the whole installation process. Jake, Scott and Mike worked well together. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and cleaned up everything when they finished. They were great! I would recommend them for in home upgrade.

They do not return phone calls for work they don't complete, nor also answer about issues their past efforts have created.

Christian and Donald came to my home to remove a cast iron tub and replace it with a walk in shower. They were both friendly and answered any questions I had. I was impressed by their work ethic and how they worked without taking time for long breaks. The completed job is well done and I would recommend them to do any work at my home.

So I had 8 windows installed & 3 of which would NOT stay up. West shore holmes had someone come out at a later date to fix them, and when I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience they gave me some bs story. NOT IMPRESSED!! Should have gone through Anderson instead. When I get my bathrooms redone, I'll be sure NOT to have West Shore Homes do it so therefore they just lost a customer. Hope your happy WSH!!!

I am 100% satisfied with West Shore Home that I have to leave a review. From the first phone I got to the salesman (Jackson Barber) to the 3 workers (Jacob S., Scott S. and Naim J.) who came to change my bathroom. These 3 workers went above and beyond to make sure I was up to date on every step of the job. If I had to have people work for my company, I would thrilled to have people like this work for me. Not only threw out the job they kept my home clean, it was cleaner when they left then when they started. I could not be any happier for a job Well Done. Thank Guys From The Bottom Of My Heart. West Shore Homes: Team that I work with: Mr. John Smith, Jared R. and Charles P., great work (Team) at the beginning I was not to certain that my decision was the best, but now that I have the final product terminated, I only regret not doing the replacement of my front door earlier, Mr. Smith, Jared, and Charles, went above and beyond to describe to me precisely what the final product will look like, and they were not wrong, “Thank YOU” , Jared and Charles explain everything again before they start and after conclusion of the job, again they answer all of my questions – THANK YOU; in closing, I will recommend West Shore Homes to my family and friends anytime. I had Westshore install a new shower for me and the result is beautiful. The representative took the time to show me many options and answer all of my questions/concerns. The installers (Xavier ad Tyler) were on time, were very courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and a supervisor stopped by to ensure that the work was being done satisfactory. I highly recommend Westshore!

Considering the fact that it cost me over 23 thousand dollars to remodel two bathroom tub remodels I realized that you have no control over the amount of water pressure coming at you in the shower or tub. Really no control as to the amount of water nor do they in stall a shower head with any different settings. How cheap can you get. Then they screwed up by breaking an existing tile they used bigger molding to cover up their error. They never saved one tile from their previous day's tear out. No sense what so ever. Needless to say I am not thrilled with their finished project. Tom M.
