The product and the work done was exceptional, which wasn't surprising since we had our bathroom done at an earlier date. The work force of Zach C, Juan G, Greg W and Hayden A did and excellent job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend not only West Shore but also these young men to accomplish the job. I wanted to provide a review for them, however, I am not on Google and since I am of another generation trying to deal with Facebook wasn't going to happen.

We had windows installed today by Oscar C. and Jason P. They went above and beyond our expectations! They were both very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. They explained all the works of our new windows ! They cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone to have their windows installed !

Westshore Homes took complete advantage of my BLIND sister in law. They took out a tub and replaced with shower charging her $30,000, which iis a 2-3 times more then anyone else we got prices from after, Do not do business with there crooks

I’m sure this company does fine work, but, when we got estimates for walk-in sheer, their bid started at $25,000. Then, as various discounts were applied, the final price was $19,000. They gave us our first bid. Then Koehler came in and, with discounts, their bid was $14,500. Our last bid came from First State Bath, a somewhat local company. They didn’t jump through a bunch of discount hoops. Just senior citizen and veteran’s. Final bid was $10,400. Shower with beautiful sliding glass doors is everything we wanted. Excellent installation and cleanup.

The Very Best part of North Shores is their personal. I replaced my sunroom windows several months ago and I had a problem with the quality of the glass. This morning Ty and Alex came by to solve my compliant. Ty explained the best way to solve my problem and that's what we did. Both young men were polite and knowable. They worked steady and hard. I would recommend them to anyone. I believe Ty is a true leader and he has the right personality for that type of work.

My biggest problem was the extremely sales pressure tactics. The price is almost doubled from comparable doors Pella, Anderson, to name a couple we looked at after the work was completed. My biggest beef is the latch, locking system. It’s the hardest door to close Ive had in 21 houses. They have came back and worked on it but in leaving told us it’s the the latch works. Not good at all. Do not waist your money with this company.

I wish I could leave a zero . I saw an ad for the company . I scheduled an appt . The sales rep came to my house and we designed doors for both the front and back of my house . The total was $23,000 I gave a deposit of $3,000 and was financing $20,000. My credit was ran and approved . The person who does the measuring came out … he had a couple concerns about the trim around the outside of the house but we talked it through and I agreed to do it the way they wanted . This was 2 weeks ago. Today I received a call from west shore saying they received my request to cancel my doors . I was shocked because I did not cancel . The girl was confused and advised she would have someone call me . The sales rep then called me and advised they did not want to do my doors . The reason on the front is because I have something called drive it in the front . I told the rep that we would take care of that part and not hold them responsible. He then advises they don’t want to do my back door either because they will need to install from the outside and they don’t want to put the trim around it. I would have also taken care of that myself as well. But I was informed they don’t want to. So now this company has $3,000 of my money and dinged my credit for $20,000 and I am not getting new doors . This company is a joke . I cannot believe how they do business. All they had to do was call me and we could have worked it out . I would advise people not to use this company ! Now I am going to have to hire an attorney to get my money back and will still have drafty doors for the winter .

Our new shower was installed by Jeremiah and Mark. They arrived on time and ready to go. We reviewed the workorder and then went to work. Their work was excellent. They kept me informed all the way through the work. Their friendly can do attitude made the whole process easy. Our new shower is beautiful and we really enjoy it. Thank you, Jeremiah and Mark for doing a great job!

Tam,Ryan and Evan were true professionals and did a one day tub to shower conversion. Everything exceeded my expectations from the 8 am start time and finished by 3 PM. The skill base was amazing. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would.

Salesperson was easy to deal with and understood what we wanted. Communication with West Shore was excellent. There was never a question as to the status of our project. Installers were very professional yet friendly and answered any questions or concerns. The walk-in bath upgrade was completed quickly with no quality issues. Follow-up comm was excellent. We only wished they offered different options for in shower shelves and glass doors other than sliding.

We had windows replaced in our entire house. The day of install, one of the installers saw something wrong with the windows and told his crew leader. He told him to install them anyway. They had already removed all and broken some of my old windows. Anyway, after all was said & done, we were not satisfied. The supervisor came out and found SEVERAL things wrong (not up to their standard) that we didn't even see. So he said they would order the parts & fix it. Two months later they finally called to set up an appointment, I take off from work to be there. 30 minutes prior to arrival time, they call - Can't make it today - all the parts didn't come in. I call to see what's going on and they want to schedule another appt. the NEXT week....Excuse me!!! You don't have the parts!! Why would you schedule another appt. for next week? You don't have the parts!!!! I have been trying to talk to someone, anyone that can tell me what's going on for 3 weeks since that debacle. Finally found out that someone ordered the wrong parts...not that the parts didn't come in. Oh, and they didn't put in (2) of the screens, that they had the day of install. But now have to order new ones. Now they say it's going to be another month before the parts will be in....supposedly. Is this the "customer service" West Shore Homes strives for???? I think NOT!!!!! And mind you, these windows are NOT CHEAP!!! We have paid a lot of money for these windows. We are really not happy with the service we unfortunately have not received!! I mean really, how hard is it to pick up the phone and call your customer and explain what happened, what is wrong, what they are doing to make their customer happy?!?!?!?! We will see how or if the next scheduled appt. happens. Very Dissatisfied

I made an online appointment for early evening the next day. The sales rep - Diane J., arrived on time. She was very well informed about the variety of types of materials being used by the industry. She showed us samples of the product they use. She told us how the installs are done. Told us about lead time to get install done. Very good rep. Received call for install sooner than expected. Then another about an earlier Saturday install, then another saying that install was not available I would get my original date. Thirty minutes later that the date was no longer available and rescheduled for one week later. Then another call asking if I wanted to reschedule for an earlier date. I lost my mind and told them NO. Seems like the scheduling dept. needs to get it together. Installers were to arrive between 8 and 10. Arrived at 8:15. Justin D. was lead installer. Got straight to the job, showed him where the install was to be done then where the shut off was. While he was tuning the water off the rest of the crew was laying tarps from the front door to Master bath. I checked on the process at different times during the day and Justin told me about what was going on and asked if I had questions. Install was completed and cleanup done by 5:15. Justin D. and Eli R. did an excellent job on the install.

This was a service tech named Robert who came out to install a safety hand bar that the installer failed to bring and re-hang the shower rod which came tumbling down as soon as I tried to hang the shower curtains. Robert was very professional and eager to please. He did a great job and I was able to use my new expensive shower after 1 whole week. Thanks Robert, West Shore should have more employees like you.

Project Completed: 9/13/2024 I have to say, that my experience with West Shore Home was a positive one. They had few miss calculations but fixed them immediately. I love my walk in shower. It actually made by bathroom look bigger. Luis M and Luis G was very professional and courteous and I recommend West Shore totally to do a great job and stand behind their work. Cathy A. San Antonio

I had my shower installed a few weeks ago and it was a mess. West Shore stood by their product and came back out and redid my shower yesterday. Cameron M, Mason G and Josh T did a great job. My shower looks great. I feel like they really care about their job. I popped in several times to check and they were happy to show me the progress. These are the guys you need to get if getting a new shower.

What made our experience great....Eric and Matthew! they where true professionals, knew what they were doing and made our shower look beautiful and safe! I would recommend your company because everyone was so helpful from start to finish!

The company has real problems with there sales reps in particular Mike Robinson of Wake Forest. He came into my house and laid out a price of 19k eventually it dropped to 11-12 k, he then said he was leaving in 15 minutes you do not get time to think about it pay it or the deal is off the table. When I gave him some push back slightly about his tactics, he became enraged and jumped out the chair in my own home and started walking at me yelling I don't have to do business with you. I exposed him and hurt his feelings perhaps but no one has the right to come into your home and make you feel threatened and not safe. Watch out for Mike Robinson he is a predatory salesman that will attempt to make you take a deal under derris which is against he law and a crime. Not sure what this company will do about it, probably nothing. However, if you contact the Better Business Bureau they seem to take it a bit more serious. I have had to file a seize and desist order against Mike Robinson not to come back to my property or contact me. Be very, very weary of their salespeople in particular Mike he doesn't have the skills to be a good sales rep, he has a very bad temper, and he may even attempt to hurt you bull you or coherese you. I'm a salesman we are taught how to deal with customers even when they complain, he had no concept of that. He is about 6 foot 6 3- 400 pounds he will get your money even if he has to intimidate you or get in your face. I thank God he left when he did, the situation could've been far worse.
