I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

Inefficient, untrustworthy: AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility. Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS! I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated. Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted. NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues: - one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me - one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item. Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services

Be very wary of this company

This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days! I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person. 5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out. I've had to buy from another supplier and hope I eventually get a refund.

How not to do customer service.....

As the owner of an e-commerce company myself and with 18 years experience in the field, this is not how to operate customer services. I made an order with this company and it was delivered in 3 days or so during the covid19 pandemic in April 2020. It wasn't that well packaged when it arrived, but nothing was broken. One of the items I ordered was missing and I also got someone else's order too - Random parts in a bag with my name on it. I guess someones not going to be happy somewhere in the UK...... I took photos and sent them to the company two days ago and as yet I've not had a response. I seriously doubt this company has any idea what good customer service looks like, as all you get is a generic e mail fobbing you off. Sadly a few companies in this sector are equally as poor...... I tried to make it easy to resolve my problem by telling them with pics what was missing. No response. The only avenue left is a PayPal dispute which generally gets companies attention. Sadly unlike my company who have Platinum status with Feefo and have great reviews on Trustpilot, these guys don't seem to realise how easily they can loose clients by not doing the right thing..... All in all I am quite disappointed with waterirrigation.co.uk and I would avoid them going forward.

Prompt delivery

Ordered a couple of new hoses and attachments. Despite current issues all were delivered the following day. Would consider it great service even in normal circumstances. Was also helpful that their website was clear as to what was and wasn't in stock.

The delivery of my textile Gardens…

The delivery of my textile Gardens hosepipe was quick but connector parts are missing and there were no instructions or invoice. I've emailed twice with no response and there doesn't appear to be a phone number. I'm left with an unusuable object unless I pay again for the missing parts from another company. Very disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They're quick to take your money but are slow to deliver the goods if indeed they deliver them at all. Their website is slick but the human side of the business is woefully lacking. Chasing for goods is a complete waste of time. All you get in return is a bog standard, non-informative email and they can't be contacted by phone as they don't have a phone number. A shady company to the point of being a scam company. Avoid.

Appalling service

Appalling service, have ordered a hose and cart, have not received it, no response to emails and not able to contact by phone. Will open a dispute with my bank so i can get my money back

Soaker hose useless after one year

I bought two lengths of soaker hose in 2018 and it worked as expected but in 2019 it was useless. I had drained it over winter as frost protection. One length broke in half, the other length was spewing out huge amounts of water in several places and none in much of the rest. I contacted Waterirrigation for a replacement or refund but they refused saying it was only guaranteed for a year. I see that Hozelock give a 2 year guarantee at a rather higher price.

Called to ask about their products!

Called to ask about their product. Was greeted with a totally unhelpful customer service acting like I am bothering him. I think the owner of the company should know that this put us off from placing an order. You are paying for staff that is costing you money..just saying.
